The following Bylaw Amendment will be voted on at the February 10, 2018
General Membership Meeting.

The office of President shall be a full-time release position based on the NEA Dallas Membership
enrollment. If the membership enrollment drops below the threshold of 1,200 for two consecutive
months, then the office of President shall be a part time release position with a part time salary. If
the membership drops below 700 for two consecutive months, then the office of President shall
not be a release position.
