Assignment D Endassignment

The end assignment is divided in two parts


1/ Reflection report.
The reflection report is abouth your development when it comes to making a
profession of your passion. The report should describe how you have experienced
the training and how it has effected your view on your profession as a performer. It
should say where you stand profesionally on the area of marketing and
communication. What are your qualities and where do you need to develop.The
following questions are an aid to write this report:
What you have learned in the training.
What you have learned abouth yourself.
What the significance is of this for your professional life
What the biggest challenge is for you to work on.
How you are going to take a first step in this.

2/ Marketing action plan


The last 2 questions of the assignment above can be the input for your marketing
action plan but it doesn’t have to be. Where the reflection is abouth your personal
development, the marketing action plan should be practical, abouth things you can
do. If you have multiple goals you want to achieve, make a mini action plan for each
goal.
In the last session you have already worked on making a personal action plan on
marketing for the coming year. From your intervision group you have received
feedback. With this feedback you are asked to rewrite your action plan to make it
sharper. Is it realistic enough or might it be a little bit more ambitious. Is it specific
enough, do you know where to begin and how to reach your goal?
A good action plan is making you a little nervous though you know you can do it.

Practical guidlines
The reflection report and the markeing action plan together should cover minimal 1
A4 and maximal 2 A4. It should be in my mailbox before the 24th of november:
