PHILOSOPHY
A safe environment for students is essential to a positive and productive learning environment. It does not
matter how well informed the teacher or how thorough the curriculum is if the student does not feel safe and
comfortable in the classroom. Once in a safe environment…the rest is a learning experience for both the
teacher and the student.
