of Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Together with our executive top management,

thinking. As a CFO, we expect you to be highly competent and experienced in
your respective professional field, but, equally important for us is your fit and
integrity to our vision and mission as well as your ability to contribute to the

• Financial controlling

• Financial performance evaluation
• Financial planning on consolidated level
• Strategic financial planning
• Financial risk management
• Relationships, general communication and mandatory reporting with financial institutions
and stakeholders
Your Accountabilities
• Developing and updating long-term strategy for SEKEM’s financial health
• Monitoring the implementation of strategic business plans
• Managing the capital request and budgeting processes
• Managing the accounting, investor relations, tax, and treasury departments
• Overseeing the financial operations of subsidiary companies
• Issuing and verifying key-financial information
• Sharing the financial information to the lenders and stakeholders as per the reporting
requirements as per the relevant agreements.
• Maintaining accounting information on ERP system
• Understanding and mitigating key elements of the company's risk profile in coordination
with Internal Audit department
• Constructing and monitoring reliable control systems in coordination with Internal Audit
department
• Maintaining appropriate insurance coverage for safeguarding company assets
• Fulfilling all legal and regulatory requirements with regard to financial issues
• Supporting Internal Audit for the requirements of auditors and government agencies
• Monitoring cash balances and cash forecasts
• Ensuring that financial obligations are fulfilled at due date
• Arranging for debt and equity financing
• Maintaining banking relationships
• Representing the company with investment bankers and investors
• Participating in the Board of Directors meetings of SEKEM Holding and participating in the
Audit & Risk committee meetings of the Board of Directors
