In connection to our Civic Welfare Training Service – 2 (CWTS2) subject, we the

students of Bachelor in Secondary Education (BSED TLE 1A) and Bachelor of Science in
Information Technology (BSIT1) comprising of 40 students had agreed to conduct a community
service at Barangay Magay, Tanauan, Leyte this February 10, 2018 from 8:00 A.M. to 11:00
A.M..

This activity will be a Tree Planting Program at the coastal area of the said barangay.

In this regard, we would like to request from your good office to supply us with at least
FIFTY (50) seedlings for us to be able to conduct the said activity on the above-mentioned date,
time, and place agreed.
