Persuasive Essay : “ Should Tobacco Products Be Banned ? ”

Tobacco is the deadliest leave which is inhaled or tasted by some resources or by adding amount of it on
some foods. now a days , many people are not taking care of their health. in addition , many people do
smoking instead of taking care of their health by eating healthy food .

Tobacco use (mostly smoking) causes bad impact of skin on the hands and face. each and every people
knows smoking is a bad habit but they not take it seriously and they not thinks about the future on this
matter.

The most common element of tobacco is cigarette through which people do smoking. Due to the fact,
more smoke you breathe, the more it damages your lungs .your lungs get darker and harder depends on
how much you smoke. It also causes heart diseases. Smoking is a practice which is tasted and inhaled
.smoking is bad for human’s health. Those who smokes and those who are around them, both of the
type suffers to be dangerous for health.

Majority of the people smokes because of the tension and stress, some people because of anxiety and
others for fashion and relaxation. It could support other diseases or develops more diseases in our body.

We came to this world for doing good deeds, not for ruining our health .we should take care of our
health. This is a temporary world .the more we take care of us the more we remain alive and can keep
doing good deeds for which meaning we came to this world.

If the government thinks about economic benefits and contribution of tobacco in thousands of jobs then
they should also think about people who will spoil their future and get diseases and also a bad impact of
it to government.

Government should take serious action in the interest of public health against banning of tobacco
products and not for pointing out the economic benefits of it. As the people stop selling or buying
tobacco products and go to their fair type of alternatives (like fennel seeds, chewing gum, biscuits,
toffees, tea, cakes, dry fruits, etc) , the government will automatically be stronger and the new
generation and the future could be brighter, healthier and stronger .

Thank You.

Take Care.

SHOULD PRAYER BE ALLOWED IN SCHOOL

There are some people in the world who are against prayer in School. I can mot think of any
reason not to bring prayer in School. If the child is not taught about the religion or God at home
or in school then this could harm to the child and also to the public. Prayer is essential to who
are Christian or Muslims. People from different religion pray every day and kids that belong to
different religion should be allowed the privilege to pray in school under any circumstance.

There are many reason why I feel so strongly about this topic.one particular reason is that I feel
that there are Schools throughout the world that educate student of specific religion. For
example just in Pakistan that I lived in, that educate and focus on the specific religion Islam. I
just feel that public Schools are made for Schools that believe in whatever type of religion they
want, and that they should not feel that any other religious should be focused on specifically
.Religion in public Schools just seems to be too broad.

Students should be allowed to pray in school. Student can pray peacefully at any instance
especially when not engaged in school performance or schooling and subject to the fact that it
is done in relevant surrounding. Students religious liberties must be conserved there are
limitation on the mode and time of prayers. School prayer would be teach moral values. School
must be do more than train children’s minds academically. They must also develop their soul
and emphasize the values taught at home and in the community.

School prayer could lead to increased tolerance and less bullying in schools since its can teach a
sense of right and wrong and a love for others above oneself. It should be allowed in Schools.

I conclude that prayer should be allowed in Schools our country is based on principle of with
religion being one of them so that kid know about the religion. If we fail at this not to allowed
prayer in School the country will step away from, the freedom, back into the dark ages.

Should tobacco products be banned?

In this century, it is quite rare to hear of people who do not smoke. Smoking may
lead smokers and non-smokers to diseases and death. Why? Simply because
smoking is not good for people’s health, it may cause diseases such as lung
cancer, throat cancer, emphysema, mouth cancer, gum cancer, and that would all
lead to high rate of mortality. People who do not smoke are also affected by
these phenomena because of the fact that they are smoking passively. Cigarettes,
tobacco, pipe etc. are considered to be silent killers. They should be banned
because they are dangerous to smokers and to everybody around them.

According to health line, tobacco smoke is enormously harmful to one’s health.

No matter how you smoke it, tobacco is dangerous for health and affects the
entire body. There is no safe way to smoke. Replacing your cigarette with a cigar,
pipe, or hookah would not help you avoid the health risks associated with tobacco
products.

When using a hookah pipe, you are likely to inhale more smoke than you would
from a cigarette. Hookah smoke has many toxic compounds and exposes you to
more carbon monoxide than cigarettes do. Many of same ingredients found in
cigars and in tobacco used in pipes and hookahs.

According to the American cancer society, about half of all smokers who continue
with their habits will die of a smoking related-disease. Male smokers lose an
average of 13.2 years of life due to smoking, while female smokers lose an
average of 14.5 years of life.

When a person smokes full bucket in one day, he or she would definitely suffer
from health issue such as unusual coughing, difficulty in swallowing. Also there
are different types of diseases that could be resulted from smoking. For example,
liver will shut down and won’t function normally, as well as the teeth will turn
into bad shape with black and yellow stains all over the teeth. Eventually, they will
die if they didn’t take the precaution from the beginning.

To sum it all, smoking is a bad idea, the poisonous chemicals that cigarettes, and
other tobacco product have will only lesson up your chance to live longer and to
enjoy life and also, it may cause you to spend a lot of money. No matter how you
smoke, you can’t escape the fact that smoking is not good to your health and
there is no safe way to smoke. Therefore, cigarette and other tobacco products
should be outlawed.

SHOULD TOBACCO BE BANNED?

About 23 percent of all adults are smokers. This fact seems dwarfed when you hear that 30 percent of
adolescents use some sort of tobacco. In fact, statistics show that the average age for first using tobacco
is 13. This means that the majority of all tobacco users started when they were a teenager. The effects of
smoking are common and dangerous but what most people don't realize, secondhand and third hand
smoking is just as bad. Authority figures need to set up limitations for tobacco use and combat young age
smoking.

Firstly, cigarette contain almost 4,000 chemicals out of which 68 cause cancer. Recent studies have shown
that cigarette smoking was higher among persons aged 18–24 years, 25–44 years, and 45–64 years than
among those aged 65 years and older. And this has led to serious health problems in adolescents and
adults. In the recent years much emphasis has been kept on the development of a no tobacco society and
a drug free world at large. Most of the public health professionals and environmentalists have highlighted
the ultimate importance of it been injurious to health and affects the passive smokers as well. If one
person smokes, it’s not just he who creates a damage to himself but also he affects the people in his
vicinity.

In addition to this, a huge amount of money is indirectly being thrown to waste while consuming tobacco
and its related products. Not just this, the cigarrate packet itself has a warning note written on it that
smoking is injurious to health and that it causes lungs and mouth cancer. Even than most of the young
kids these days are risking their lives while consuming these lethal products. Tobacco is found in different
forms such as: Cigarrate, beetle nuts, Pan, Chalia, Supari, Gutka and etc.

Most importantly, Studies have indicated smokers are distracted an average of 12 seconds while fumbling
around with a cigarette compared to only 10 seconds for the distraction caused by cell phone use!
Cigarettes while driving are more dangerous than cell phones. For real. If you drop a cell phone on your
lap, you do not panic. Drop a lit cigarette on your lap, and it becomes quite an important task to find that
smoke fast! 76% of car accidents are caused by smoking. British researchers say 50% of smokers have
caused or almost caused an accident because of smoking.

To Conclude, Tobacco and its products should be banned on trading in order to save millions of live and
heavy import duties should be charged to traders which could stop the import of tobacco related items.
If we want a prosperous and a healthy wealthy live we have to quit the tobacco related products. The
notion in which the world believe that is If you smoked you are hooked!

Should Tobacco Products Be

Banned?
Yes, I personally think that tobacco products should be banned.
Tobacco products are harmful to humans as it causes many diseases
such as lung cancer, throat cancer, gum cancer, mouth cancer and the
worst, it will led humans to death. Islam does not allow the Muslims to
use these smoking and chewing tobacco products. Cigarettes contain
about 600 ingredients. When it burns, it generates more than 7,000
chemicals. Many of these chemicals are poisonous and at least 69 of
them can cause cancer. Smokers in Pakistan has also invented a new
instrument to suck more smoke of tobacco known as “Hooka pipe” and
is used to inhale more smoke than from cigarettes

First reason why tobacco products should be banned is that it not only
affects the health of the person who does smoke but also affects the
surrounding peoples health. Tobacco smoke is harmful for our health
and affects our entire body. Tobacco products are also the cause of
destruction of one’s relationship and their families. The use of tobacco
products also causes the decrease in human’s age. Male smokers lose
an average of 13 years of life while female smokers lose an average of
14 years of life.
The second reason why tobacco products be banned has to do with
younger generation. There are many reasons why young adults and
teenagers begin smoking. Teenagers and young adults have their whole
life to look forward to rather than smoking and chewing tobacco
products. Many times an action or activity practiced by an individual’s
friends or social group can led a teenager to do that same action and
start to use tobacco.

Smoking is a very expensive habit. The people who smoke regularly can
save a lot of money by not smoking and that money would be useful in
many other ways. To sum up, smoking is a bad idea. Smoking is like a
waste of time and money and can cause different types of cancer that
will slowly led to death. Therefore cigarettes and other tobacco
products should be outlawed and banned.

Should Tobacco products be banned?

Tobacco, the name familiar to most of the people living on this planet. A huge quantity of our population is somehow
addicted or likes taking tobacco products, But tobacco doesn’t has such a good reputation overall since it has taken many
lives. So, here the main question rises that should the tobacco products be banned? Well, I feel that they shouldn’t be
banned. I know that you’ll defy me by stating such facts like each day, more than 3,200 people under 18 smoke their first
cigarette, and approximately 2,100 youth and young adults become daily smokers. But why they shouldn’t be banned is
because of the right of freedom, other harmful products which we use on regular basis and banning it would increase
crime.

So, since we all know that every person has a right of freedom like they can eat what they want to, live where they want to
and do stuff until it’s not harmful to anyone so if a person is using tobacco products on their own in their own apartment
without harming someone or without their will I do not see a problem here. But to legally ban something simply because it
can ultimately cause cancer? What happened to free choice? Maybe I want to smoke because I don't care about my body?

Moving on, we all know other harmful products which we use on regular basis. So, If you believe tobacco should be banned
because too many people die from it, then I guess we should also ban alcohol, processed foods, and fast food chains.
Believe me, I strongly detest the tobacco industry and everything it stands for. I firmly believe that we should all avoid
smoking and drinking and eating poorly. But to ban it legally is not fair.

However, banning Tobacco would increase crime rate as expected but banning tobacco is useless, just like prohibition of
other drugs like marijuana and weed. They are illegal, but still tons of people worldwide do them. All it did having people
hiding in places where police officers are unlikely to find them to do them. And the negative effects of it are, it caused more
crime and mafia-fighting etc. Of the number of smokers today, the prohibition of tobacco will be a complete failure just like
the prohibition of alcohol in the US.

At the end of the day, banning it won't solve anything. Especially because typically making a product illicit enhances the
desire to use it in a rebellious way. The true solution is to heavily tax these products so that the revenue they create can
offset the cost of medical care and preventative care.

Does it make sense to tell people that killing is wrong by killing people? Surely, not.

There are 4 degrees of murder; First degree murder involves killing with the intent of killing. Death
occurred during a felony is also considered, for example, during a robbery, the felon kills the house
owner.

Second degree murder involves unintentional killing, for example, a person gets shot in the leg and
bleeds to death.

Third degree is murder due to negligence. Usually committed by legal guardians, parents and the like.

Fourth degree is when the person is present during the killing but did not take part in it, for example,
during a robbery, one of the burglar kills the home owner but the other did not take part in killing, yet
still was a part of the burglary.

Since the late 19th century, most countries have banned public executions (aside from Iran, Saudi Arabia
and North Korea). So death penalty is not given to even adult criminals. But Juvenile law is treated
differently from Adult law. Children under the ages of 18, almost never, receive the death penalty unless
they have committed a crime of such magnitude. If the minor has committed murder, only then is the
minor tried as an adult offender. The number of crimes committed by juveniles is very low (400 in the
UK in the last 2 decades). But juvenile criminals are usually sent to detention/ correctional facilities
(mostly till the age of 18 or 21). Their identities are kept anonymous so as to give them another chance
at life.

Minors, mostly, kill under extreme situations where, they may be forced to kill for fear of their own
safety. No criminals should be killed. Instilling fear in people through public executions just made people
get used to death. Psychology should be applied to adult and juveniles, alike. Whatever their age maybe,
they are humans. A study conducted tested this hypothesis and found constructive results, the use of
psychology and therapy enabled quite a lot of convicts to reenter society as functional adults. The brains
of children are more malleable then adults, which naturally leaves a lot of room for improvement.
Children become what they see. Childhood is a very complex phenomenon, one which is almost never
taken seriously.
More attention should always be diverted towards “Why” the crime was committed rather than the
punishment. Elimination of errors without addressing the problem never leads to a solution.

“Should Tobacco Be Banned?”

George Bernard Shaw once said,

“The cigarette is a pinch of tobacco rolled in paper with fire at one end and a
fool at the other.”

The world is entering the era of advancement and development; however the
world is also falling in the abyss of tobacco addiction. In 2015, a survey by WHO
shows that over 1.1 billion people smoked tobacco with males in majority.
Worldwide, tobacco addiction causes 5 million deaths annually. It is predicted
that 1.5 to 1.9 billion people will be smokers in 2025. When it comes to tobacco
addiction, there are 3 brutal realities we must face;

The first reason is addiction can become stronger than you; many addicts
especially teenagers start smoking/chewing tobacco for fun, to follow the trend of
smoking or to socialize with people who smoke and promise themselves over and
over to quit; however there comes a time when addiction grows stronger and
habitual resulting in mental breakdowns, shattered dreams, mood swings and
being unable to quit. Many surveys show that teenagers suffering from severe
diseases have regretted the decision of tobacco addiction.

The second reason is health issue; once a person starts tobacco addiction, he/she
is inviting many life-risking diseases. A research shows that tobacco addicts are at
higher risk of heart diseases, pancreatic cancer, oral cancer and stomach cancer
than normal person and less ratio (only 38% survival) patients have survived such
diseases.

The third reason is it affects surroundings, not just the addict; many addicts deny
this fact but, it is a bitter truth. Second-hand smoking tobacco can cause many
health issues for infants, children and people around them. It also affects in a
form of concern and grief for the people close to addict. Addicts may deny the
fact that people do not care about their lives and it only affects them; however
this is not true. It affects everyone around them.

In conclusion, an addict is not only risking his/her life but also people around
him/her; therefore, tobacco addiction must be banned. There are many
rehabilitation centers around the world where tobacco addiction is treated so
that these addicts can start a fresh, tobacco-free life.

SHOULD DYING PATIENTS BE KEPT ON LIFE SUPPORT?

There are many patients who are admitted in hospitals for close observation, and after their treatment,
they are discharged and sent home, mostly recovered. But there are some unfortunate souls, who suffer
from diseases that either have no cure, or they reach a certain medical condition in which their chance
of survival is very slim. In other words, they are near death. At this point, most doctors keep patients on
life supporting medical equipment like ventilators etc. But the point is, should these patients be kept on
life support or not?

My opinion regarding this question is that the patient should be allowed to die, which in the situation
means “Assisted Suicide”. Although many people think against it, but death of such a patient is
somehow more satisfying for the patient. This is indeed painful for the immediate family, but it is
ethically and religiously wrong to give and bear extreme pain for no reason what so ever. It is the natural
cycle that must be allowed to run according to its will, or we’ll bear consequences if we intervene in any
way.

Moreover, physical suffering of the patient is painful for the family to bear as well. Medicines and
medical facilities are very expensive and somewhat difficult for the family to bear. The patient also
knows about the money being spent on him, and there is a constant struggle of pain and the feeling that
his family is in pain as well, gets him/her into more depression. Those terminally ill patients who have
accepted their imminent death cannot prevent their families from plunging into financial debt because
they do not have the option of halting the medical bills from piling up. If terminal patients have the
option of assisted suicide, they can ease their families’ financial burdens as well as their suffering.

Finally, many terminal patients want the right to assisted suicide because it is a means to endure their
end without the unnecessary suffering and cost. Most, also, believe that the right to assisted suicide is
an inherent right which does not have to be given to the individual. It is a liberty which cannot be denied
because those who are dying might want to use this liberty as a way to pursue their happiness.

On the other hand, there are those people who have the opinion that dying people should be kept on
life support and allowed to live. They think its inhumane to let a person die like that. They argue that if
the patient is given the right of “assisted suicide”, the doctor-patient relationship would encourage
distrust.

The right to assisted suicide must be freely bestowed upon those who are terminally ill. This right would
allow them to leave this earth with dignity, save their families from financial ruin, and relieve them of
insufferable pain. To give competent, terminally-ill adults this necessary right is to give them the
autonomy to close the book on a life well-lived.

Prostitution should not be legalized

Prostitution means, the act or practice of engaging, and a career in which it is contempt by society
even if it has been around for centuries. Today prostitution has become more and more open to the
extent that some countries approve for the legalization of prostitution, countries such as, Bulgaria
and the Netherlands industry. In my view, prostitution is an immoral activity, even if people are
practicing for thousands of years. Legalization of prostitution is a problem on the country's topic. I do
not entirely agree because it has brought many negative effects, such as health, community policy
issues and religious issues.

As we know, that the major disease by prostitution is none other than health problems. There are
many impacts created by prostitution, whether to the society or other people. Sex workers have a
high probability of getting sexually transmitted disease (STD), such as HIV/ AIDS, Chlamydia,
Gonorrhea, Herpes, Human Papilloma virus , and Syphills. Studies demonstrated that 31% of the
women interviewed had experienced at least one episode of DID which is the accounts for most of
the serious illness associated with STD infection. In some developing countries, it has been
estimated that 70% of females have STD and infertility, most of which were caused by their
husbands or partners who were involved in prostitution. It shows that prostitution does not only affect
sex workers and clients, but it also implicates to innocent people as well. Assuming that these
diseases are uncontrollable and are continuously being spread out into community, the
consequences will be disastrous. Hence, the health of people will be in danger.

Furthermore, prostitution also related to the crime problems in the community. it leads us to the
crimes such as robbery, murder, kidnapping, human trafficking and others. More importantly,
industry will increase the demand of sex worker because of the shortage of voluntary sex workers,
so they will kidnap girls and force them to be sex workers. Therefore, it is danger to legalize
prostitution.

In fact, prostitution is a violation of religious moral teachings. It represents a distortion of traditional

cultural values and a corruption of humanity. Despite some countries acceptance, the Muslim
religionist in Malaysia does not. Therefore, Malaysia has laws to those prostitution offenders. They
will be given serious punishments if the laws are violated. It is stated in the "Syariah Criminal
Offences (Federal Territories) Act 1997". In section 21 of Act 559, it demonstrates that any women
who involves in prostitution shall be arrest and offense on conviction be liable to a fine till five
thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for three years. Therefore, it is the best way to stop prostitution ,
which is using strict law so they will think twice before breaking it.
In conclusion I strongly believe that these three factors are why prostitution should not be legalized.
Prostitution helps in increasing the culture of corruption in a society, because it will gradually take
the social morality down and the destruction of human values. If people's cultures are being
corrupted continuously, we will no longer live in a peaceful and harmonious life. Thus, prostitution
should not be legalized.

Should Music Lyrics Be Censored?

M usic is defined as combination of vocal or instrumental sounds or both which is a way to

express emotions, harmony, and unity. The lyrics of music should be strongly and
cautiously censored in order to avoid aggressive and depressive nature in future generations,
mitigate vulgarity in society and make music, an up bringer of love instead of spreading hatred
and violence among regions.

Youth, nowadays while sitting alone or in their free time listen to different genres like pop, hip
hop, rock etc. which has given rise to high levels of aggressiveness, intolerance and impatience
in today’s generation. Genres like classical music have also given rise to depression in today’s
children as well. Psychological studies reveal that music has a great impact on human brain and
it acts according to the type of musical lyrics it listens and human behavior is vastly changed as a
result of it. Thus, music lyrics should be censored in order to avoid any kind of negative impact
on youth as well as society in order to make our upcoming generations tolerant, patient and
humble.

Teenagers are found to be involved in anti-social activities like harassment, distress to others,
playing loud music and threatening violence which makes students to distract from their study
life. They also get involved in performing vulgar activities by using offensive and inelegant or
inappropriate language and bodily activities within their societies. These all habits are results of
listening to inappropriately designed musical lyrics which is the main reason that these lyrics
should be censored in compliance with code of conduct provided in order to make our society
peaceful and prosperous where everyone can live with dignity and honor.

Music is always considered to be an asset to resolve tensions between countries and regions. As
Pakistan and India has always been in a state of war since 1947, the music of both nations
instead to promoting message of peace and love gives rise to spread hatred and motivates people
to fight against each other. Projects such as “Aman ki Aasha” by Jang group, is the one of the
best examples of promoting peace among both the nations. Projects of such types be encouraged
so that nations can be united rather than disputed. It is very important to censor lyrics on both
sides of border so that people only and solely get message of brotherhood, peaceful living, unity
and love and never ending state of war finally gets a full stop.

In conclusion to above statements, it is crystal clear that music lyrics should be censored with
extreme care and vigilance in order to contribute in peaceful development of society, promotion
of love and harmony among people and impacting in a much positive manner on today’s
generation.

SHOULD TOBACCO PRODUCTS BE BANNED?

Smoking is a noteworthy reason for genuine ailment and demise all through the world today. In light of a
legitimate concern for general wellbeing, government should boycott cigarettes and tobacco items. Over the
issue about whether should government boycott cigarettes and important tobacco items has now attracts
more consideration the entire around the world. In spite of the fact that the monetary advantages behind
the tobacco business contribute a large number of openings for work, notwithstanding, the implication can't
be overlooked. In the accompanying article I will focus on some of reasons for what reason should
governments boycott the tobacco item.

A standout amongst the most basis explanations behind without smoke laws depends on the way that
smoking is discretionary and breathing isn't. Non-smokers are frequently inactively been power to uncover at
a used smoke condition particularly tyke which could expand the occurrence of coronary illness, tumor and
other respiratory infection. Another factor is that tobacco is tranquilize. Dissimilar to heroin and cannabis
which are denied by the larger part of governments around the globe to anticipate substance manhandle,
while these two illegal medications have legitimated connected in therapeutic treatment, conversely, results
of tobacco make their fortune from general wellbeing. Furthermore, it is frequently government and society
that cover the cost instead of smokers themselves. Along these lines, the interests and privileges of the
general public should supersede those of the person.

Moreover, smoking runs a high danger of unnatural birth cycle for pregnant ladies. What's more, there are
bounty confirmations demonstrate that nicotine someone who is addicted moms inclined to have littler
infants, or more regrettable, place babies in high danger of illness and demise. Along these lines, for our
people to come, all the tobacco items ought to be restricted. Taking everything into account, an issue include
in such tremendous benefit is probably not going to be unraveled for the time being. In any case, through
tending to the earnestness of the issue that it causes and after the essentially activity by government will in
the long run bring out open mindfulness that tobacco items has nothing advantage for human body except
for hurt.

Majorities are convinced that financing college athletes will eliminate their competitive nature and
passion for sports. I, on the other hand disagree to it for several reasons. Funding college athletes would
not only provide a strong determination for all to participate in sports, but for many families, it would
also be a source of income that is desperately needed. Subsequently, for athletes who want to peruse
sports as their future career, it would provide them a platform to follow through without economic
obstacles.

In the first place, a great number of such athletes come from the rural, low-income families and often
have to leave their schools early to become the main provider for their families. Hence, if the players are
paid, they wouldn't have to leave their school early and they could proceed with their education while
taking care of their families. This would possibly increase graduation rates as well as maximize training
for future career in sports.

Secondly, many people suggest that handing over money to amateur athletes would result in disaster, as
they don't have somebody to guide them for financial decisions. However, by receiving money for their
hard work, teens could be encouraged to join sports. After all, sports do not only increase physical
activity, but also stimulate the mind to produce extra mental energy; this energy as per research,
improves mental skills. Thus, encouraging college students for sports would enhance their physical and
mental abilities.

In the end, paying athletes is something they deserve. Many athletes bring in incredible amount of
revenues to their schools and they put in a lot of hard work and training. Why should the players put in
so many hours of relentless training day after day if they aren't getting anything out of it? Paying those
athletes would further ensure that they are satisfied with their college and most importantly, they are
getting what they deserve.

Conclusively, despite what majority would believe, it is of utmost importance that college athletes must
be supported by paying for their insurmountable effort. Life is not an easy street, there are many ups
and downs, and to cross those obstacles students who have yet to succeed in their future, need a
pathway. In case of such college athletes, paying them could be it.

SHOULD THE INTERNET BE CENSORED?

The large system of many connected computers around the world which used to communicate
with each other, because Today internet is an important part of our life because we are living
in the age of computer and technology are used in everywhere and every field of life. That
platform gave opportunities to us to quickly access our information through the internet.
Some importance reason why the internet should not be censored because online business,
social media, internet technology are important and spread day by day.

The first reason is why the internet should not be censored because online business is giving
opportunities for people to start their own business through internet. for example, small
company start their own business through one website and spread their business in multi
websites, with the help of internet, and going to few years late remember the name like
Amazon, Snapdeal, daraz, eBay websites are not popular that time, but now is not only
websites it becomes like a company for people to buy their products easily and with full
secure online method for purchase. The advantage of online business for people to create a
relation with big companies are interest in their business/marking policy, and it is a big
benefit for people who doing business in online.

The second reason the internet should not be censored because of every person now social
media is a fast way where to remark your information, comment, quote and post pic and
spread to the world. Social media is a platform where peoples are connecting each other
throughout the world. Social media is computer technology that provides facilities to sharing
idea and another form of expression virtual communities and network. Today young persons
are activated/busy on social websites. Social media have their own advantage but
disadvantage also like violence comment on political issued, harassment issued, hacking and
fake account issued etc.
The third and final reason the internet should not be censored because upcoming internet
technology is depending on internet use without internet it not works and it became
unless. Engineer, scientist, and programmer know the importance of internet because the
internet makes thing closer to reality. For example (AUGUST SMART LOCK) technology
helps you to unlocks and lock your door automatically, without using the key. and it Smart
security systems app.( Canary Smart Security System) combine, for example, motion
detector, videos, audio, air quality, temperature, sensors are a merger in a single device
that can control from your phone.
In conclusion, the role of internet technology is very important in the modern world and
it is a source which is directly related to each other and the future of technologies are
very advancing and highly effective for the people and internet technology are in demand
and people trail to develop skills or learns about modern technology.

“Should Tobacco Products to be banned”
Many people use tobacco products on daily basis. People use tobacco products to satisfy
their mind. Tobacco products are used on daily basis and too many people buy tobacco
products just they feel comfortable and satisfied with tobacco products. But whatever the
reason maybe to use tobacco products it should be banned because it spreads so many
diseases in human body. Some important reason why tobacco products to be banned is as it
spread diseases like lung cancer, heart diseases, human brain system damage.

The first reason why tobacco products should be banned is because affects the respiratory
system of human body. People who use tobacco products can cause serious injury to the
respiratory system. This tobacco product is used in form of smoking. Smoking affects human
lungs and this result in lung cancer and respiratory system injury. This is the reason why it
should be banned.

The second reason why tobacco products should be banned is because it affects the heart
system. Many people who use tobacco products can cause heart diseases. Tobacco products
are not good for human heart health. Tobacco products can cause serious injury to heart .
Tobacco products usage results in heart attack and many other diseases such as heart failure.
Heart disease is very dangerous disease it cannot recover easily. Once you get this disease it is
not possible to recover easily.

The third reason why tobacco products to be banned is because it damages human brain
system. This type of tobacco products are taken through inhalation method or through
injections. People who use this type of tobacco products are not conscious they do not know
where they are present. This product damages human brain system and the person who has

products are injurious for their health. Therefore tobacco products should be
banned permanently.

Should teens who murder be executed?

A murder is a heinous crime. A crime which one must not commit and
the penalty for it is death. Though it is said that death penalty is justice but
is executing a child justice? The murderer should be executed but if the
murderer is a teen then he should be given a chance. Teens are not fully
matured so blaming them completely is unwise.
Teenagers commit crime because they have not been taught things;
it’s not their fault but their parents. Parents are supposed to teach their
children everything; when they do not, things end up like this. Children are
supposed to be unreasonable and rebelling but their mischievousness
should have limits.
Teenagers are often rebelling so their parents must not act harshly
towards them instead they should be kind to their children. Parents must
not scold a child when he shares something with them because that will
prevent the child to share anything with his parents. These little things
matter and parents should keep these things in mind.
Teenagers often cross their limits if that happens then their parents
are supposed to act. When parents let the child do whatever he wants;
only then the child's prank becomes a crime. It’s not a child's fault so a
child's should not be given such harsh punishment. A child should be
given a chance for redemption. The child could be the next president so
why not give him a chance; would it not be a waste of talent to execute
the young boy? I believe that every teen out there should be given this
chance of redemption.
Therefore, the government must give a chance to these young
teenagers who have committed this crime as these youngsters are the
future.

Should schools require student uniform?

Almost every school has this rule of making students wear uniforms when they are admitted to
the school. Many students and even adults have this point of view that schools should
discontinue the rule of school uniforms, I strongly believe that this rule shouldn’t be
discontinued. Some of the reasons why schools should have uniform are about school’s
uniformity, security and equality.

Firstly, why schools should have uniform is to maintain school’s uniformity. Wearing a school
uniform shows that a student belongs to a school. It’s part of their identity. Every school have
their separate uniform which helps to identify the school of a student. If this rule is
discontinued then the uniformity of the school will be broken and there would be a difficulty in
maintaining a student’s identity record.

Secondly, why schools should have uniform is because of the security purposes. The terrorists
now are using children to cause disruptions in school. These children are made to act as
students and are sent in the schools. If there would be no uniforms, terrorist could easily enter
the school. Having uniform secures us from the unwanted visits of terrorists. Every student is
checked properly before they enter the school premises. The school uniform makes the
checking easier.

Thirdly, why schools should have uniform is that it maintains equality among all the students.
Not all the parents can afford to give the luxuries to their children. Some parents dress their
kids with branded clothes some cannot. If the uniform is discontinued the low-class children
will always compare themselves with higher standard kids and will demand their parents to buy
them luxurious clothes as well. Comparing creates distractions among students and their
studies are affected. Having uniform makes low class and high-class students on the same level.
And by this they can concentrate on their studies properly.

In conclusion there are many reasons supporting the idea of not to discontinue school
uniforms. Students should have uniforms and they should accept it as part of their identity. This
rule shouldn’t be discontinued.

Should tobacco products be banned?

“Tobacco is the only legal consumer product that kills when used exactly as indicated by the
manufacturer “. According to a WHO report on tobacco consumption in Pakistan, diseases like heart
disease, stroke and emphysema account for most tobacco-related deaths. Smokers are at high risk of
cancers, while non-smokers become victims of cardiovascular disease because of passive smoking.
Tobacco Products e.g.: Cigarettes , Bidis , Cigars, Cigarillos , Little Cigars ,Electronic cigarette or E-
cigarette , Hookah etc. , are the most used products in the daily life of common people , As tobacco use
is the most preventable cause of death. This use of tobacco in daily life decreases the life of it's user.
Although, Government must implement effective policies against the tobacco products production.
Along with this, The Tobacco Products must be banned in the Market for betterment of Human Life.

Globally, tobacco use killed 100 million people in the 20th century, much more than all deaths
in World Wars I and II combined. Tobacco kills more than 7 million people each year. More than 6
million of those deaths are the result of direct tobacco use. While around 890,000 are the result of non-
smokers being exposed to “second-hand smoke”. Tobacco-related deaths will number around 1 billion in
the 21st century if current smoking patterns continue.

The adverse effect of cigarette smoking account for many health risks. As ingredients of
tobacco are chemically active, such as nicotine, tar, ammonia etc… and they can start dramatic and fatal
changes in human body which contribute to diseases like Lung cancer, Stomach cancer and Respiratory
or Cardiovascular disease. Furthermore, smoking harms not just the smoker, but also family members,
co-workers and others who inhale unintentionally from cigarette smokers, called secondhand smoke.
For instance, if a pregnant woman smokes, it becomes the chance that a baby will be born too early or
weigh less. It is also effective for a patient when who have need of the Blood. When he receive the
Blood of the Smoker containing smoking ingredients, which will provide a great loss to his life.

The cigarette is also a defective product, not just dangerous but unreasonably dangerous,
which kills half its long-term users and the user becomes addictive to it. Cigarette use also results in
financial losses from diminished labor productivity, and in many parts of the world makes the poor even
poorer. Smoking cigarette is an expensive habit. Maybe it is not too much for a person to pay a pack of
cigarette a day, for example: Rs.150 per day, but the money you spent on cigarette will amount to
almost Rs.54000 in a year, thinking about if you have been smoking 20 years, would the total cost
matter to smoker? I believe it would be much meaningful if the same amount of money spent on other
grounds. Further, the smoker is being at greater risk of medical problems. Smokers may have to pay
higher medical insurance or life insurance premium than those non-smokers to safeguard their health.

In conclusion the most important reason for abolition is the fact that smokers themselves do
not like their habit and wish they could quit. The Tobacco products are great cause to many losses for
the smoker like: The loss of money, health etc. . . . Considering all these losses, caused by Tobacco
Products to smoker and also to the non-smoker, Government must ban the Tobacco Products as soon as
possible for the great Human life, to avoid the environmental harm e.t.c.

SHOULD SCHOOLS REQUIRE UNIFORMS

Persuasive Essay
For many decades, schools have become more about fashion rather than education.
During this time, public schools have debated whether students should wear school
uniform or not. There are people who thinks that school uniform should not be required
to wear in schools. On the other hand, there are quite a few people who agree with
wearing school uniform. Students wearing school uniform would be the best thing for
the students' altogether mainly for 3 reasons. School is a place for learning, therefore
school uniform are good because they ensure quality, provide security and are time
effective. In today's society, students forget about the real reason of going to school
and focus on their appearance and popularity.
Firstly, student's safety is top on the list of every parent's. Parent's want to be absolutely
sure that their children are safe in school. We cannot keep our eyes closed or ignore
some of the stats that lead to injury or assault at school. They become less violent over
time. Study shows that rate of fighting, injuries and assault with a deadly weapon
decreased by a 50% after a school changed it's policy from casual to uniforms. All kids
similarly dressed up makes it easier to identify intrusion on campus. So, if it comes to
the security of our loved one's uniform is must.
Secondly, most students believes that wearing a school uniform is boring. Well the idea
of wearing the same color and style every day to school actually is, but imagine being
different from others is the main reason why students fall for depression and end up
attempting suicide. Students who cannot afford expensive or designer clothing are often
an easy target of bullying. Potential bullies have one less target for their insults, it is hard
to make fun of what someone is wearing when you are wearing exactly the same.
Lastly, but not the least wearing a uniform is a badge of pride, creates an identity for a
school and is an important part of being a school student. If we look at our modern
education system there is everything except education. You can see student's bullying
each other but hardly see anyone having a good conversation about a lecture. This is
because our current system has failed to create an atmosphere of studies. Wearing a
school uniform enables a student to concentrate more on studies and less on clothing
and other activities. All student's wearing same clothes makes students less concerned
about what they are wearing. They tend to bond in nicely with their peers and can
create an environment where they could learn more effectively in a group.
In the end it is time for all of us to think neutral, leave our egos behind and decide what
is best for our upcoming new generation and society. In my opinion if we can save lives,
and stop killings of student's, by student's over mere designer jackets then there is no
point in resisting the adaptation of school uniforms.
Should dying people be kept on life support?

NAME: Mohammad Ali Akber

REG NO: 1712119

I am totally against keeping dying people on life support. Ethically, there are arguments for and
against keeping patients alive, it allows time for either the patient to recover or medical
practitioners to explore other options. While this can be a source of hope for the dying patient’s
family. Some argue that in many cases life support merely prolongs their grief with ultimately
false hope. Those in favor of keeping dying patient on life support argue that allowing a patient
to die is morally wrong, while those against maintain that prolonging suffering, particularly
without consent, is morally more problematic.

The term “life support” exacerbates the problem, too, because those who are brain dead do
not have a life to sustain.

We will talk on two different situations; two young females, both brain dead without warning,
remain on life support while their devastated families challenge the judgments of their
hospitals.

In one situation, the family believes a miracle is possible, and wants to prolong the patient’s
biological functioning. In the other case, the family wants to disconnect the patient to honor
her wishes. But both families are facing obstacles.

Life Support was originally intended to help the body perform functions when they are unable
to operate to keep the being alive until further treatment is available or the natural healing
process begins. Often the general public is misleading when the availability of this method
grows because millions of dying patients are now kept on life support. A dying person should
not be kept on life support because it does not prove to be ethical, and can lead to harmful
side-effects and keeping a dying person on life support just breaks false hopes which build up in
the hearts of all the families and close ones. Keeping a dying person on life support does not
prove to be an ethical move. When the costs are carefully observed, it can be as much as
$100,000 per day to keep a dying person alive on life support. There are situations where the
families must pay and who wouldn’t for their loved ones, but keeping them as a living corpse is
not beneficial at all and many families drown in debt for life, and in the end they have ruined
their lives and lost their loved one.
Finally it is often over looked that a dying person is unable to talk or even perform the most
basic tasks in life, who would want to live with tubes to feed them, to sanitize them and even to
breath. When one does go in a dying person’s shoes, only then they realize how hard it is to be
kept alive on life support and death would just be the better path.

"Should the death penalty be abolished" by

Muhammad Akbar Khan.
Death penalty should not be abolished because it is definitely the right way to address
capital discrepancy of the society. There are some short coming's in the nature of human
being. To overcome on these short coming's laws are proposed and implemented. They
are implemented in three way's :(1) Firstly by the fear of punishment. (2) Secondly by
the fear of society. (3) Thirdly by the fear of God. Our religion Islam emphasises to make
justice in the society and doesn't want to disturb it at any cost. Therefore Islam suggest
severe punishment according to the person's crime. The violence, corruption, smuggling
, cultivation of narcotics and it's distribution which distort the society badly therefore
Islam suggest death penalty for these crime's to eliminate the person who are
responsible for these crimes. Getting the rightly accused to a just punishment is very
important.

Some criminal's commit a crime because they have no other option but some do it for
their personal satisfaction, teasing other's and try to give pain and hard time's to
other's. I am not in favor of death penalty for everybody. In Islam there are boundaries
about the crime that had done by the criminals for example: If a person stole food from
a shop because he was hungry definitely he doesn't deserve death penalty. However a
killer who kill's people for the sake of money definitely deserve death penalty.

The countries who adopted death penalty for the crime which affected the society badly
have very low rate of crime.

The only point in the favor of abolishment of death penalty is that this process is
irreversible if wrong decision is taken by the court. Logically it is not correct we cannot
put up in danger the society to save the men against apprehension of the wrong
decision.

CONCLUSION: In my opinion death penalty should not be abolish because it helps to

decrease crime rates in any country as it maintains a pressure that if a person do
something
wrong like committing a murder he/she would get a death penalty and because of the
fear other persons stops doing the wrong deeds and that’s why this law can’t be
abolished.

Q. Should the Internet be censored?
Internet is a place where people of all ages can access data. Hence, it’s vital to monitor other
people’s activities and thus the need for internet censorship arises. .A lot of the people, are of
the view that internet should not be censored. Contrary to the popular belief, in my opinion the
internet should be censored because it is easily accessible to young minds, Hackers and people
that misuse freedom of speech.

The first reason is the presence of teens on the internet. Nowadays teens are glued to their
touchpads and smartphones. As a result, teens spend most of their time on the internet. It is
possible, that they might come across some contents that might have negative psychological
impacts on them. Internet contents such as obscene language, nudity, graphical violence, explicit
literature and music might have an adverse effect on teens. Teens might get into trouble at
school or end up doing drugs. Teens might think that it is ‘cool’ to use swear words and strong
language. Thus, the content available on the internet should be age-restricted.

The second reason is the freedom of speech. Freedom of speech is everyone’s basic
constitutional right but, some people use it to incite hatred. It’s alright to have a doubt or a
difference in opinion, when it comes to other people’s beliefs but, those opinions can be put
forward in a more respectful way. There have been instances where people had used strong
language against certain religions, which had led to the loss of life or the loss of property to the
state. Hence, hate speech must be banned to maintain peace.

The third reason is the presence of hackers on the internet. Hackers can get people to register
on a certain websites and thus install key-loggers on the victim’s computer. .Thus stealing useful
information like their e-mails and bank account numbers. Other cases involving hackers include
identity theft and blackmailing. Thus, it’s necessary for the regulatory authorities to catch those
people involved in these crimes and ban those website that upload malicious content on
people’s computer.

To conclude, I think that internet should be censored. We have to move past the freedom of
speech and do what’s the best for our society. For the sake of or children and for the sake of
ourselves, internet censorship is mandatory. Time has come that we employ the right measures
to combat these issues.

Should tobacco products be banned?

Almost every year more than million people die because of the use of tobacco
products. Many people think that banning tobacco product is not a good idea but I
believe that putting a ban on tobacco products can save many lives.

The first reason to put a ban on tobacco products is that they are bad for health.
The most common tobacco product used nowadays is cigarette. For years
cigarettes have been known as the main reason to cause cancer, and other
dangerous diseases. There are other types of diseases that can be happened from
smoking. One of them is fast lung cancer and the other is that the person could get
slow that will show up after twenty years or more. Another tobacco product,
Hookah contains many harmful toxins such as smoke and it can also cause lung
cancer and low birth weight and other diseases etc.

The second reason to ban them is that they pollute the environment. For example,
air pollution is the main cause that affects the environment. The sky and air they
get polluted from the cigarette smoke and, it impacts people's life, including non-
smokers. A non-smoker or a person who is allergic to the smoke of cigarette have
to wear mask in front of the smoker.

The third reason to ban them is Secondhand smoke. It is the smoke that a person
breathes out from burning cigarettes, hookah and etc. It contains more than 3000
chemicals. Children who breathe secondhand smoke they are exposed to these
chemicals. Children who grow up with their parents who smoke are themselves are
more likely to get addicted to smoking. Children and teens who smoke can get the
same health problems that affect other smokers. Secondhand smoke may cause
problems for children later in life including, lung cancer, heart disease, eye disease
etc.

In the end I would like to say that the use of tobacco products should get banned,
at least at some of the places where families gather around park or any public
place. But I really think no matter what we do, people will continue to smoke or
use tobacco products even if they get banned.

Should Music lyrics be censored?

Music today is an important part of our lives. It is a way to express ourselves as

individuals and it is a form of art that helps us define who and what we are.
Although this debate has been going on a lot recently that weather explicit lyrics
be censored or not. Some people might say censorship on violent music should be
promoted because it protects the moral of a society shielding the ears of children
from the obscenity of music lyrics and video. I believe censoring music lyrics and
videos is not a good idea. It restricts the creativity of an artist and compromises
the freedom of speech. Censoring of music lyrics and videos also prevent ideas
from flowing freely. Basically, censoring is used to control people and their ideas.
Further it may be used to block legitimate criticism meaning to block content
from internet that is copyrighted and lastly it may compromise their
entertainment value.

With all the emphasis on freedom of speech censoring music lyrics and
videos will only encourage artists to write more vulgarity into their music.
Censoring music videos and lyrics for profane words will not change the meaning
of artist’s work. But simple draw attention to the censored graphics. So my
position is that people should not censor music lyrics and videos.

Should the driving age be raised to 18?

I believe that the driving age should be raised to 18. Many believe that boosting
the driving age will keep the roads safer. Each side has valid points to make.

I think keeping teens safe is the primary argument for raising the driving age.
We'll still have problems and all 18 year olds aren't mature either but they need
to be given a chance at some point. The brain is not fully developed at 18, that
does not happen until a person's mid-20s, typically you can't just raise the age
forever. However, emotional maturity increases with age and experience. While a
16-year-old may drive faster than is safe because her friends tease her for being
slow, at 18, that same teen may have the maturity to consider consequences and
resist peer pressure. And if a younger teen's friends can't drive, she's not at as
much risk of making the poor judgment of getting into a car with a peer who's
impaired.

There are few moments that are more nerve racking for parents than the day
when they hand over their keys to their child and allow them to hit the open road
without supervision, Knowing that their 16 or 17 year old child has a lesser chance
of being killed or injured in a car accident can serve as a huge relief and increase
peace of mind.

If you have a teen who is driving, then there is a good chance that they are also
using a cell phone while they are operating a motor vehicle.

If the driving age was raised then all then teens will have to go through the stage
of getting their license again. They also really on cars to get them to school or jobs
if a law was passed then their parents would have to drive them or they have to
walk and that taking time out of the parents day. They might have a job to attend
to but if they have to drive their kids around then they might be late for their
jobs. And responsibility is a big one if they're not responsible then decline their
license, wait until they are ready.

These days a huge number of individuals all around the globe smoke and tobacco and cigarettes are still
available without solid tenets which ought to control their advertising. I emphatically trust that offer of
tobacco ought to be restricted because of the way that smoke originating from cigarettes dirty nature,
cigarette smoking is harmful for wellbeing in many ways. Due to the enrichment of those who
commercialize tobacco the cigarette market has seen a worldwide increase in demand.

To begin with, smoking is injurious to smoker’s health. In fact, cigarettes contain over 650 chemical
additions, including carbon, nicotine, pesticides added into a cigarette. They are really dangerous and
cause bad effects to smokers, starting with coughing, reducing physical fitness and lung function. People
who smoke for a long time can easily be in threat of heart diseases like , emphysema , cancer, asthma
or even deaths. Moreover, smoking also affects the health of those who breathe the smoke. Passive
smoking is almost as bad for you as actually smoking a cigarette.

A person who smokes is at risk for lung cancer , also, smoking could exasperate the current wellbeing
conditions, for example, emphysema or interminable obstructive aspiratory ailment. The rate of death
from smoking difficulties is high and we ought not disregard it as it can even increase in the future.

At last, smoking influences our general public. Children and young people are by a wide margin the most
helpless. They copy what grown-ups do and demonstrate that they have officially grown up. Without
cash, they attempt numerous approaches to purchase cigarettes, such as: stealing, robbing too.

In conclusion, smoking causes a lot of bad effects to people's health and the society so it is better if we
prohibit smoking and make laws that decrease the consumption of cigarettes. It is not easy to stop it
completely at once, in any case, if the administration begins fixing the law on exchanging cigarettes and
expanding charges on tobacco or cigarettes, the circumstance can change a considerable measure. I
strongly condemn the consumption of cigarettes for a better world, for a better society.

Should death penalty be abolished?
Death Penalty (The punishment of death) - .The Death Penalty is given by the Government to those
criminals who committed a serious crime for example Murder , Rape , Drug Dealing etc. Some countries
abolish Death Penalty from their law. But Death Penalty is legal in Pakistan. In Pakistan Death Penalty is
given as Hanging, but in other countries Death Penalty is Given by Different ways like, Shooting
Electrocution , Lethal Gas, Lethal Injection etc . A crime that can be punished with death penalty is also
called Capital Crime. Death Penalty is also called Capital Punishment.

Many people thinks that Death Penalty should be abolished because of many reasons. First, all human
being have the right to live their life including criminals. If a criminal has committed a murder, so it's
impossible that a person who killed gets back. Usually, many people thinks that there are some other
options to give punishment to those criminals who committed a serious crime. Many people also thinks
that some criminals have mentality problems because of mentality problems they commit a crime.
Death Penalty shows bad impact to our societies. Death Penalty cause emotional distress for family
members of the offenders and also sometimes it cause emotional distress for the family of the victims.

People can agree or disagree with this issue in my opinion I personally disagree with this that Death
Penalty should not be abolished because of many reasons. Due to this punishment a criminal will think
ten times before committing a serious crime. If a criminal commits a serious crime, and the Government
does not give him the punishment of Death Penalty, So the criminal will commit the crime again without
fearing for his/her death. Sometimes a criminal committed a crime and he / she is being punished for 10
to 15 years imprisoned. So it is possible to escape from the prison and when he/she escaped from the
prison, they repeat their crimes and take more innocent lives. Those criminals who committed serious
crime they deserves Death Penalty .The Death Penalty is a surety to the families of the victims who have
already suffered a lot. In my opinion Death Penalty reflects the actual system of justice . The Capital
Punishment shows that Justice has no sympathy for the criminals.

Conclude, there are many advantages and disadvantages of Death Penalty. There are some countries in
the world who abolished Death Penalty. But they are mostly developed countries with very low crime
rate and the criminal justice system of these countries is very strick. Crime rate in Pakistan is increasing
day by day and if the Government of Pakistan abolish Death Penalty so the crime rate will also
increased.
South Korea and Phil pines applied this thought , they abolished Death Penalty. And now the crime rate
in both countries have much increased after they abolished Death Penalty.

∙Should recycling be mandatory?

In this new modern era of technology, human beings still have problems which are even affecting the
whole world. One of them is the problem of managing waste and because of it global warming issue is
taking place which can affect the whole earth in terms of environment. Up till now the best solution for it
is to reduce, reuse and recycle. This is one of the reason why I believe recycling should be mandatory.
There are obviously some cons in applying it. Firstly it may be more expensive then landfills so it may
not be comfortable especially for third world countries to apply this type of laws or specifically this law as
they have many other problems to face with. Moreover, the biggest problem in third world country is
population and that is why unemployment. So unemployment may boost up as the work of landfills may
decrease. Secondly burden on people may increase as the civilians might end up giving large amount of
taxes to cover up the costs boosted up by recycling the materials. If we also look at some countries who
have commanded this law in their countries, we can know that the civilians where not at all friendly to
corporate for making this law a success.
The advantages on the other hand are that recycling products like plastic and glass may save many lives
of animals and human beings. Plastic which is purely of no use can affect the health and glass can hurt
both humans and animals very badly, so recycling them will make the environment safer. Furthermore,
clearer atmosphere will be there as wastage will minimize and so life expectancy will also rise. Global
warming is one of the main reason countries apply this law so obviously global warming issue will
decrease, the new types of diseases which are coming up now days can be minimized , the space which is
taken by landfilling can be there to utilize for other things as land filling will be of no use after recycling.
By looking at the above material, I have noticed that the advantages are brighter for the world and the
cons of it are short-term which can be managed. San Francisco is where this law is implemented as well.

Should Internet Be Censored

Censorship is “The removal of material which is deemed or offensive to any sector of

the population”. Many have wondered should internet be censored? There is no clear answer
to that question because censorship has its fair balance of advantages and disadvantages. I
argue that the internet should not be censored in the modern digital era because it is
“Ludicrous”. We have progressed for thousands of years and we shouldn’t censor knowledge;
knowledge is the most important thing for the human beings. What I think is that when you
have the access to the vast information available on the internet, a responsibility is needed.
Censorship of internet is not needed as a whole, but the reasons for censorship are
understandable. These reasons though, should be the responsibility of the individual user, not
the government. Relying on the government is not the answer

First of all its Parents responsibility to make sure that their children are not misusing
the internet. Parents are supposed to help children. If you saw them running towards cliff edge
you would stop them, you would try all you could to stop them. You would not give your child a
car and say ok just do what you like with it, drive it how you like etc. It is same with internet,
children need rules and boundaries. It is our job to protect our children from harm. You are
guilty of neglect if you do not see that your children are not exposed to certain things at too
young an age on the internet.
Second reason why internet should not be censored is that the internet today
provides a variety of platforms for exploring emerging technology and even improving upon it,
keeping the world in the race of innovation an development of new areas.

Another reason why internet should not be censored is that there is a thing called
freedom of speech, and if you censor the internet then you are infringing on peoples right to
free speech. If people do not want to see the bad things on the internet then they can avoid
them at all costs.

The most important reason is that internet is a way to communicate. Many peoples
contact their loved ones through various websites and apps that rely on access of internet.

Conclusion:

The internet should not be censored because the internet is a fantastic source of
education. Mathlectics, for example, is an excellent math resource and helps children in all
areas of Maths. Internet is also a source of information, if there is a news or information you
haven’t heard of, the internet will know for sure. Internet is also a way to communicate.
Millions of people connect with each other everyday around the world. But the harmful
materials (pornography, terrorism etc) should be censored and there should also be an age
restriction on the use of internet.

Should Schools require students uniforms

As human race has always been pursuing their dream of equality between their
different nations, languages and all the differences between each other, they have certainly set a way of
equality. This way of equality is said to be thought to humans from start as they are kids, when they
start going out for schools. They have set rules and regulations of school so that a kid should be bond to
those rules as a human should be, to keep his life in balance. But uniforms being the necessary dress
code in schools are bet extreme because it bonds us to our freedom of dressing. A human should at
least be allowed to freedom, where he can wear according to his or her will. I am strongly against this
uniform wearing in schools being a necessary thing.

As British ruled all around the world, they were able to spread their language as a mark
to every country they ruled. People became aware of this language. They were one of the fast
developing countries and to show kindness to the world they opened schools and colleges for teaching
others that how they have achieved success so far in field of science. People were supposed to wear
uniforms to schools as it was the necessary dress code. It was certainly bounding other people traditions
of wearing their cultural cloths; everyone was supposed to be wearing as British do. This set a trend
from one country to other, everyone started doing it. I myself as a kid had many problems with this, I
always wanted to wear my own cultural cloths as ‘Shalwar kameez’ because it is so much comfortable
then the uniform, I was suppose to wear for school.

If coming to the point of religion I am a Muslim and being a Muslim u are suppose to
wear according to a way of ‘Shariyat’ but even that doesn’t bound you to wear your own choice of
cloths until unless they are in certain Shariyat rules. But what happens in school everyone has to wear a
tie and shirts are suppose to be tucked in, which again bounds your will to the way you want to see
yourself dress up. To conclude this with all I believe in American rule of no uniforms in schools where
everyone has freedom to wear according to their will. We have to set our own rules but not bound our
own freedom of being human and do what our will wants.

Should driving age be raised?

All around the world people are allowed and can start driving from the age of 16 or 18 depending upon
the country. These age limits are set to show that children are becoming adults and hence can take
responsibility.

To begin with, increasing the age limit for driving contains lots of benefits. Firstly, it’s a good strategy to
make kids responsible but they are still young and passing the test is no big deal. In fact, it allows them
to stay out and go anywhere without parents. In short, allotting them with freedom, which may not be
in there best interests.

Kids are young and hyper, this may and has resulted in number of serious and fatal road accident. Not
only this but the trend of being online all the time is a serious threat for the kids driving and others as
well.

Raising the age limit is also healthy for the teenagers. When age limit will increase some kids will change
the mode of transportation, either busses or bicycles. In both cases, their health would increase as
walking and cycling helps to keep a good body health, a good exercise indeed.

However, it’s seen all around the world that kids do start driving early, no matter what the age limits be.
Instead of raising the age limit, either alternatives should take place, like making the test more rigorous
or till a certain age they are only allowed to drive under adult supervision. They may help to prevent
many problems.

The reason why drivers crash is lack of experience, and a kid with one year experience is just likely to
crash as a younger one, same could be with any age. Raising the age therefore would not dramatically
decrease death and injuries. You may be able to change the age but cannot change fate.

In conclusion, one cannot say logically that one must raise driving age because teenagers are harming
others or being harmed while driving. Changing age limit doesn’t mean you are mature enough for the
road. Moreover, if the age limit would increase it would be a year or two and no such difference would
be brought to the behavior of kids. Lastly, there is a saying “the early you learn the better”.

Should recycling be mandatory?

So why not recycle the next paper that you don't want anymore. ... I
think that recycling should be mandatory because it helps minimize
pollution, helps preserve our natural resources, and recycling saves
expenses and resources.

Recycling helps minimize pollution

Go outside can you see the stars? If not it’s because of pollution. Air
pollution kills about 7 million people worldwide every year according to
World Health Organization. One way we can minimize pollution is
through recycling and reusing garbage. When people burn garbage, this
can harm the ozone layer and produce harmful gases which can lead to
respiratory diseases like cough and asthma, among others. When
garbage is thrown in the ocean, it could kill and affect our marine
resources and coral reefs. That’s why every time we reduce waste,
reuse, and recycle our garbage- from used plastic bottles, disposable
cups and utensils, paper, and other plastic products, we get to save the
earth and even millions of lives from the harmful effects of pollution.
We all have to breathe, which makes pollution very hard to avoid. But
it’s our choice if we want to help reduce pollution and be able to
breathe clean air. Recycling helps preserve our natural resource
When you think of a forest what is the main thing that comes into your
main? Trees right! Now imagine a forest with no trees. It’s impossible,
but can you imagine how many trees are cut down each year to provide
us with all our paper and wood? Well according to Ecology Global
Network nearly 4 billion trees worldwide are cut down each year for
paper products and wood. If we recycle paper products like newspapers
and books, we can save more trees on earth. As such, recycling
products is extremely important so that we can help preserve our
natural resources- from trees to minerals to marine resources. If we
continue to waste our resources, the time might come that they will all
be used up and we will end up with nothing. Natural resources are
being depleted rapidly, particularly with the increasing use of
disposable products and packaging. In 2005, Americans generated 246
million tons of municipal solid waste while recycling only 58 million tons
of materials. This rate of use and disposal takes a heavy toll on the
natural resources, especially the finite resources from mines.
Reprocessing used materials to make new products and packaging
reduces the consumption of natural resources. By recycling five million
tons of steel in 2005, Americans saved over six million tons of iron ore,
2.5 million tons of coal, and 62,500 tons of limestone. By recycling 42
million tons of newsprint, office paper and paperboard, Americans
saved 714 million trees and 292,026 million gallons of water. Recycling
often produces better products than those made of virgin materials; for
instance, the tin in "tin" cans is more refined (thus more valuable) after
being processed for recycling.

Finally, recycling can help save on our expenses and resources. It helps
reduce the amount of materials that are wasted or thrown in landfills
Such as paper, plastic, glass, and aluminum. This also enables
companies to rely less on raw materials, which requires more energy
for manufacturing a new product.
Should prostitution be legalized?

Name: Trun Raj Pal

Reg No: 1712134

What is prostitution? Well in dictionary it is defined as a business or practice of engaging in

sexual activity in exchange for payment. Why shouldn’t prostitution be legalized?

Firstly, necessity of life are becoming expensive due to recession in the whole world. How can a
person afford themselves? Study, get a job, earn, and support yourself. Well, the fact is
education is really expensive and if one is able to get it, there is job scarcity all over the world.
How is a person able to support oneself there? Therefore in prostitution, you don’t need to
have a degree or contacts to get a job.

Secondly, rape cases and human trafficking would decrease when people would be renting
themselves, this would also help to tackle poverty and the government would be able to make
money of taxed prostitution.

Legalizing prostitution would allow the prostitutes to live life with their heads up high. Since
everyone has a right to live life with pride, initially it won’t be acceptable by the society but
things do change with time.

It’s an open secret that prostitution is taking place all over the world regardless of what the
laws are. No matter how many pros are there there’s no denying that equal cons are present.

To start with, prostitution is morally wrong. Your body is sacred and no one can rent it for
pleasure. In almost all religions you are answerable of your body and sex without wedlock is a
sin.
Secondly, having relationships, marriages and family is compromised. There is no denying that
relationships are more than having sex, but some people still think it is an important factor. If
people would be having sex by paying, it would end the misery of going all the way to find
someone. Less families in turn means decrease in population. It would be beneficial in short
run, but it’s the long run when things would go wrong.

Legalizing prostitution encourages people to solicit sex and have multiple partners, increasing
STD risks. Moreover, it would not necessarily work for example Germany legalized prostitution
but it didn’t work. Women were abused around the city, women trafficking, rapes still
continued.

So in conclusion instead of discussing whether to legalize prostitution or not countries should

tackle the cause which leads to this. No doubt it’s not a good or appreciating job, but it’s not a
way of living life. The immortality of sex trade has been recognized throughout history and
keeping it illegal is key to safeguard the sanctity of society values.

Should Teens Who Murder Be Executed?
Persuasive Essay
“Whoever kills a person [unjustly]…it is as though he has killed all mankind” (Al-Qur’an, 5:32). A
human life undoubtedly is very sacred and precious not only in the eyes of its creator but also
in the eyes of its creation, hence if a person kills unjustly he/she deserves to be punished
regardless of the religion, status, or gender, condition being he/she is a sane adult.

I stand by this law of Islam that a teenager deserves to be assassinated on committing a murder
with the understanding that they have to pay for the blood they shed with their own blood. The
killers action cannot be justified by peer pressure, to prove themselves, win a bet, result of
accepting a challenge or in a males case to prove their manliness. This is actually a law in Islam
where the murderer has to be executed in public -to create an impact on the society in general-
as long as he/she is a ‘Baligh’ (reached adulthood). Statistics proved that the countries which
have implemented such laws like Saudi Arabia have comparatively less murder rate than that of
a country that has not implemented any such law like USA, statistically proven USA has
approximately 49 time more murder cases than that in Saudi Arabia.

Firstly I believe that the teenagers should be held accountable for their actions, the youth is
after all our future and they should have that sense of responsibility that they cannot get away
with committing a crime just because of their age, the money or connections their parents have
hence, making them realize the difference between right and wrong and the value of a human
life.

Secondly, when a person is killed the journey of their life comes to an end and the life of their
loved ones also comes to stop, this killing affects not just one but the life of several others, a
hole that cannot be filled is left in their life till the end of time.

Last of all to provide a sense of security to the public, when such measures are taken by the
government against the guilty the crime rate will decrease ensuring the security of the citizens
of the country not just in the present but the future as well.

In conclusion different people have different opinions on whether teens should be executed of
murder but I strongly belief that they should be punished for their wrong acts and not given a
free ride until 18, but should be held accountable and treated as adults.

Persuasive writing on topic:"Should hunting be outlawed?"

Every little animal within the ecosystem plays a vital role in the well being of the
planet. If one species goes extinct, it can have a series of cascading effects throughout
the chain. Hence, each animal has a role to keep up the balance in nature.

Unfortunately, we humans, are hunting these animals either as sport or for food.
Day by day, it is getting popular among people, especially the elite class. Have we ever
thought of the damage it would bring to us and the environment? Imagine to wake up
one day without even a single chirp of a bird. How quiet would it be -- deep scary silence
around!!

I think that hunting animals, for whatever reasons, should be banned. Every animal
of any species hold unique individuality, sentiments and emotions like humans. They can
feel pain and pleasure too. Thus hunting, or more appropriately killing them is not all
justified. Why should these animals suffer at our hands, just for the sake of our fun? Why
should they be separated from their families? We are not GODS, instead just a creation
like these animals.

Hunting animals also portray violence, especially among children. Children, in their
subconscious, might start justifying harming humans too, just like these animals. I think
living in a third world country like Pakistan with a very high crime rate, we need to promote
peace and love among ourselves.
As Mahatma Gandhi quoted, " The greatness of a nation and its moral progress can
be judged by the way its animals are treated. "

Some people might justify killing animals as putting a control to their growing
population. Imagine the word 'animals' being replaced by 'humans'. Can we even think
for once of killing humans for putting a stop to their growth? Definitely not!! So why kill
these innocent animals then?!

A lot of animals are extinct and a lot of them are on the verge of extinction in
Pakistan like Asian black bear, Indus river dolphin, snow leopard and etc. Extinction of
them will not create an imbalance in the ecosystem but it will also affect the economy of
the country. These rare beautiful creatures are a source of tourist attraction and killing
them to the last one might affect our tourism industry.

Should Legal immigration be stopped ?

Many people think that legal immigration should not be stopped as it is beneficial for the
country but I don't agree to this point.
Some important reasons why legal immigration should be stopped have to do with economy,
security situation and Surveillance of that country.
First reason why legal immigration should be stopped is related to economy of that
country. Many people think that legal immigrants are good for economy as they bring a lot of
labor force into country; but I don't believe this. These immigrants arrive in a country to search
for a job for themselves and are always ready to work on low wages. This results in dismissal of
local or citizen of their own Country from their respective fields. Many people get unemployed
because of them.
Second reason why legal immigration should be stopped is related to security situation of that
country. As we all know that these immigrants fly to other countries for better future of their
and their families, but when they couldn't find a job for them they move towards illegal means
of earning. They are even used in spreading chaos and terrorism. According to survey of
American thinkers, 22% of American think that immigrants are threat to their security situation.
The third reason why I think legal immigration should be stopped is related to surveillance of
that country. Many immigrants arrive other countries for spying purposes. Intelligence agencies
of hostile country sponsor them. They are sent to get secret on going missions and possible
future strategy. As these immigrants get to the highest rank in military, government officials
and bureaucracy. Their are several examples of an immigrant spying for their native country.
We cannot forget several Chinese immigrants serving in intelligence agencies of USA spying for
China. Larry Wu-Tar Chin was a Chinese immigrant who worked in US intelligence for 35 years
while providing China with classified information.Katrina Leung, a 28 year old Chinese
immigrant who was hired in US counter intelligence.
Keeping these reasons in mind a country should not allow legal immigrants to enter their
country. It is always in favor of Country's sovereignty and integrity
Should tobacco products be banned?
Name: Zain Abbas

Reg. No: 1712138

Tobacco, a product prepared from tobacco plant. There is not one form of tobacco, and all forms
contain nicotine and can cause addiction and health problems. I think that tobacco products must not be
banned for several reasons.

Firstly, there are several multi-national tobacco companies with hundreds of workers working there.
Banning tobacco means giving rise to unemployment. For example Pakistan Tobacco Company Ltd. is
one of the largest tax contributors. During 2015, it contributed over 1.02 billion Rupees and is the bread
winner of all exports from Pakistan. So basically, banning tobacco in Pakistan is like losing 1.02 billion
rupees per year, which indeed is something massive.

Secondly, people are so addictive of it that they feel uncomfortable without smoking. They are so use
to it that in some cases going from a packet to no smoking causes unconsciousness. Tobacco is
important for people like these, thought it can be stopped if the product are not made in the first place.

Although it’s not a good choice but people use it to release their tension after having a tiring day. Most
people who are addicted to tobacco prefer smoking when they have a bad day or when they want to
fresh their mind from all kind of tension. Although it really doesn’t work but it’s the mindset of the
people that it releases all tension.

On the other hand, tobacco products are not really good for health, there is vast group of people who
affected by products prepared from tobacco. There are hundreds of patients suffering from various
types of cancers just because of tobaccos cigarette and other tobacco products.

New generation is also not safe from these products. The products are sold legally on streets with the
shopkeepers giving stuff to teenagers. Teens are now a days addicted to cigarette which is not good for
our society.

Now a days, the percentage of selling tobacco is very high. Everyone is addicted to it. At least one
person from each family is using one of these products. It’s not a good thing to adopt or something to be
addicted to.

To conclude, the use of tobacco is one’s own choice whether they want to or not, but banning tobacco is
not the solution. Anyways, the use of tobacco some or the other day will show out its symptoms and the
user may encounter several fatal diseases, but banning tobacco will give rise to illegal and smuggled
tobacco because no matter what it is essential for some people.

“Tobacco Products Should Be Banned”

One of the most common problems that are killing people all over the world is smoking. Many people
start this horrible habit because of stress, personal issues and high blood pressure .Some people began
showing off or some people wanted to enjoy it. Almost everyone knows that smoking causes cancer and
heart disease.

Firstly, tobacco is affecting our young generation badly, teenagers smoke because they want to be fit.
Teens see their friends smoking and think it makes them cool. It reduces tension and it is also believe
that it can have a calming effect on people who are worried. Although some people smoke when they
are depressed, lonely and helps them to reduce stress, smoking start at a young age also causes high
blood pressure.

Secondly, smoking is affecting human health, according to the United Nations over 400,000 people
die annually because of the usage of tobacco. Ever wondered what’s in the cigarettes that makes people
love to smoke every day, well it’s nicotine which is highly addictive which makes people hard to break
this habit. Smoking or use of tobacco leads to lungs cancer, heart disease, asthma, strokes and wide
variety of other disease, smoker also experience more cough and cold as compare to a non-smoker.
There are 4000 toxic substances in a cigarettes some of there are arsenin, acetic, ammonia, benzene and
many more harmful substances which effects human health badly.

Atlast, tobacco is also effecting environment by air pollution, when someone smokes a cigarettes they
are not only hurting themselves but also hurting people around them. Ever wondered cigarettes smoke
produces 10 times more pollution then a diesel car. Smoking not only effects the smokers, it is greatly
influences the surrounding atmosphere smoking does not only pollutes the air, but also streets and
water from cigarettes buds , which is very harmful for pets and water animals, when smokers are
finished smoking they end up in lakes and rivers , as a result all dangerous chemicals are then
transferred into water which ends up resulting death for animals. While for the production and packing
it requires a lot of trees which is a great cause of environmental pollution.

Conclusion: Although use of tobacco is like slow death, the best and the easiest way to control
our environment from the use of tobacco is to stop buying this harmful products, it is tough to quit
smoking but directly and indirectly it will beneficial for you , always try to avoid what your friends say,
just say Alhumdulillah by what Allah has given to you , and please stop using tobacco.

Should recycling be mandatory?

Yes, Recycling should be mandatory. I firmly believe that

recycling is the best option to save the world from Resources
that are depleting and would eventually become scarce,
recycling is moreover a thing that would not only save the world
from lack of resources but also make the planet environmental
friendly as well. In these days of environmental problems,
recycling has become very important in all aspects. It is top
priority that the acts of recycling should be compulsory, and
here are some reasons that I feel are important, which are widely
accepted:

Firstly, recycling can solve the financial problems. Instead of

throwing glass bottles, old rubber or paper away, we can have
them recycled. They can be reused, which can save our money: if
we just throw them away while they can still be of use, it is
undoubtedly a waste of money.

Moreover, recycling can help protect the environment. If people

keep getting rid of those recyclable things mentioned above,
there will not be enough space for them. There are cases that
forests are burned and then become garbage dumps. Besides,
when these things start to dissolve, the air, earth and water will
be polluted too.

Finally, recycling can lower the rate of unemployment. This

seems to be impractical, but it is true that recycling can become
a job, and there have been some companies which specialize in
this aspect. This idea can be of high importance, especially
when more and more people are unemployed these days.

In short, regarding all the reasons that I have mentioned, I think

there is no doubt that recycling should be compulsory. Its
importance and good influence on our lives are undeniable and
keeping and developing the act of recycling is just like
protecting ourselves after all. Therefore appropriate measures
need to be taken timely, before it’s too late to combat the issue.

Should dying people be kept on life support?

Who wouldn’t want their loved ones lying on a dead bed by up and living again? Who wouldn’t
want their family and friends to recover from their ailments? But most importantly who wouldn’t
want to have a second chance to have a gift of life? We can wait for a miracle, can’t we? Time
heals everything, it can heal the patient too, no?

Well, one should be, rather must be optimistic in life, but a touch of realism must be blended in,
in order to make well-balanced decisions and live in a world where optimism infrequently thrives.

Should dying people really be kept on life support? I believe there is no need to let them suffer the
pain for undetectable time, for the aforementioned reason of waiting for a miracle. The dying
person suffers invariably from the pain. We must be thinking that pain killing drugs can reduce
the pain, well! They sure can. But we can’t take the pain of dying away from them, the pain that
their life is slipping away and they can be gone any moment is the real pain, the extent of which
can never be calculated.

Not to mention, it is a waste of resources and time on both the medical team and the family. This
must sound really uncouth and foul-mannered, but again, being realistic while making such
decisions is very crucial. I am of the point that there is no need to prolong death and elongate the
inevitable and let the patient whose tongue is sealed to the fate of death, suffer. Moreover, it is
financially troubling the family who is bearing the cost.

Adding on to that, there are very little chances for patients on life support of springing back to life
and heal if a patient is brain-dead. It is rather considerate of us if we let them slip away in a natural
way rather than making them go through excruciating pain just for an illusion of them being alive
with us. Life support cannot, can never heal dying, it only slows down a natural and usual process.

I, therefore, support the argument that dying people should not be kept on life support.

Topic: Should legal immigration be stopped?

Many people believe that legal immigration shouldn’t be stopped as it is
everyone’s right to move to the country they are satisfied living in, however legal
immigration causes a mass number of people to migrate. This leaves the country
without many hard working citizens to run the economy and over populates the
country where the people have migrated to, resulting in hardships for the native
citizens of that country. Not only that, it is also difficult to accommodate such a
mass number of migrated people into the new country in means of jobs and
resources. Furthermore, it increases the crime rates and drug addicts in the
migrated country.

Firstly, a country’s economy suffers if its citizens decide to migrate. Leaving a

country bare to migrate to another causes the country to loses the job officials as
well as the people to purchase its market products. Thus it results in the lack of
people that are necessary to run the country. Furthermore, the population of the
country that has been migrated to increases drastically, due to which the native
citizens of that country suffer as they now have to sacrifice their living resources
and job ranks to allow the immigrants to settle.

Secondly, for the migrated country, it is difficult to accommodate the immigrants.

As discussed previously, the population of the country increases. Hence, more
resources are required to be utilized. This results in food shortage, energy crises
and a huge number of citizens that are now unemployed. Additionally, accepting
new immigrants from any country also exposes the country of drug addicts and
criminals. Therefore, the crime rates of the country also rise.

Conclusively, although it is believed by majority people that legal immigration

should be stopped, it takes away a lot from the native and the migrated country,
and brings many disadvantages.
