Narrative The above listed subject was issued four Uniform Traffic Tickets for the above
listed charges after patrol observed a vehicle traveling West on Elm Street, pass
through a steady red light at the intersection with Union Street. Patrol observed
the vehicle’s license plate was covered with snow, making it unreadable. Patrol
attempted to make a traffic stop by displaying lights and sirens. The listed subject
continued throughout the village before a traffic stop was finally completed at an
address on Madrid Avenue. During the stop the listed subject was found to have a
suspended NYS driver’s license.
