     Provided individual and family therapies to at risk children and adolescents with an array
    of mental health diagnoses within their home and community settings for periods up to
    32 weeks.
     Completed intakes and initial assessments of children aged 4 to 21.
     Assisted in the development and implementation of treatment plan and goals thereof
    and monitoring of individual and or family progress.
     Maintained a caseload of up to eight patients and their families.
     Report on effectiveness of treatment protocols to members of multidisciplinary team.
     Made appropriate referrals for additional supports and community resources as needed.
     Using collaborative documentation and electronic health records, completed daily
    encounter notes and phone logs while maintaining up-to-date case records and intake
    packets.
     Provided 24-hour case management and crisis intervention by way of knowledge of both
    ethical and legal mandates to decrease out of home placement while increasing the
    safety of children and families.
     Trained both incoming Master and Bachelor level therapists in aspects of position(s)
    including but not limited to clinical documentation and use of EMR system.
     Proficient in all aspects of EMR and HIPPA compliance.
     Attended and completed three years of training and Competency portion of exam in the
    practice of Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy(ESFT).
