Uncheck GUIfixes and DirectIP

Turn ON/OFF hardware acceleration, make all Windows Updates, check Enable DirectDraw.
On Windows 8 also uncheck Desktop Window Manager.

COMMANDS AND HOTKEYS

All commands and hotkeys can be only executed in game (not in lobby).
/overlay SHOW/HIDE player names and map
/result some_text some_text will replace 'vs'
/apm SHOW/HIDE actions per minute counter
/obs or F7 hotkey SHOW/HIDE information for replays and obsed games
/twitch or F6 hotkey SHOW/HIDE box with last messages form Twitch chat
/t some_text Send message to Twitch chat
/tc ON/OFF Twitch messages
/czat or F9 hotkey SHOW/HIDE box with last messages from a game
/winamp SHOW/HIDE song info (this commands is also for AIMP, foobar2000,
iTunes and Spotify)
/st Display stream status
/pr Display players names and races
F8 hotkey SHOW/HIDE Winamp media library search
F11 hotkey START/STOP streaming on Twitch
/stat Display opponent's statistics on ICCup. 1/1 games, after 2 minutes in game.
PAUSE hotkey If keyboard hook is checked in SP settings then this hk will pause/ resume
game
/j or /j channel_name Reconnect to Twitch chat.
