Dear Parent(s) or Guardian(s),
Homework is a great way to reinforce skills, as well as keep
children updated on what we are learning in class. As a result, I am
going to be holding after school homework help, as well as help on
existing skills that need to be fine-tuned, for the students in my
class. All students who have homework and/or need help are
welcome to attend.
Coach class will be held every Monday, and Wednesday from 2:25
when school ends, until 3:15. Students are expected to come to
the club with all homework materials and a book to read. The
schedule for the next 3 months are: 2/13, 2/15, 2/20, 2/22,
2/27, 3/1, 3/6, 3/8, 4/13, 4/15, 4/20, 4/22, 4/27, and
4/29.

In order to make this a positive experience for all who attend,

disruptive behaviors will not be allowed. If a student is disruptive,
the following procedure will occur:

 First time – Parents/Guardians will receive a warning letter.

 Second time – Parents/Guardians will receive a 2nd letter
dismissing their child.

If you would like your child to attend the program, please fill out
the bottom of this sheet and return it to me. No child will be
allowed to attend without a signed permission slip.If you have

Homework Club Student Policy

1. You must work. You must bring all homework materials and a book
to read, whether it is for a book report or pleasure reading.

2. After you have been a disruption once, your parent/guardian will

receive a warning letter concerning the incident.

3. After 2 disruptions, you will be dismissed. Your parent/guardian

will receive a letter concerning why you have been dismissed.

4. You will only be allowed to leave the room for the bathroom with
permission, and dismissal.
