Respected Members,

First of all congratulations to that candidates who's names has

been sent to the CSC by the university as their chances of getting
scholarship is almost 99.99%.

The things you have to prepare for next step is:

1. Certificates and Degree attestations from board, HEC &

MOFA (Ministry of foreign affairs)
(i) First go to your concerned board with your orignal SSC
(Matric) & HSSC (FA/F.Sc) certificates along with your ID cards
and 2 photos (they will ask you to submit attestation fee which
varies from board to board). One thing keep in mind there are
two types of verifications one is for local and other is for foreign,
remember you need foreign attestation not local.
They will check your certificates and return back to you (they
will not stamp on it), they will send a verification letter directly
to IBCC (Inter Board Chairman Committee). Then within one
month (I suggest you to go after 3 days) you have to go to IBCC
along with your orignal certificates they will charge you 200
PKR for orignal document and 100 PKR for copy, stamp and will
return your documents on the very next day.
(ii) The second step is to attest B.Sc/B.A, M.Sc/M.A,
MS/M.Phil from HEC, for this you people have to check wether
your degree & transcripts have duly signed by controller of you
examination of your concerned universities. Take all your
documents from matric to MS/M.Phil to HEC early in the
morning they will keep all the documents and return you on the
same day after 1:00 pm.
2. To get a Police character certificate.
(i) Go to the courts (Kachehri) of your area with your ID card,
Passport and 3 photographs and ask some affidavit (stamp paper)
person that you want police character certificate, he will charge
a little amount and will prepare the file for you
(ii) Take that file to DPO (District Police office), they will mark
your file to your concerned S.H.O of Police station
(iii) Go to your area Police Station, S.H.O will mark your file to
area Numberdar, go to him and get signed and stamped the file.
(iv) Come to S.H.O of your Police station again, He will check
your record and will sign and stamp on your file.
(v) Go to DPO office again they will check your file again and
issue you a character certificate.
3. To get a medical from Chinese hospital (Islamabad)
Go to Chinese hospital in Islamabad with your passport, ID card
and photos They will keep your blood sample and charge
3000PKR and will return your medical reports on the next day.
Remember, They have all the forms which is required by the
Chinese embassy you don’t need to worry about that.
4. When you will complete all above documents, go to MOFA
(Ministry of foreign affairs) to get signed and stamped all the
documents.
5. Finally get Polio certificate from your local DHQ (District
Head Quarter Hospital). Don’t forget to take your original
passport and copies with you.
Till then you will get your final Visa form and admission notice
from your university,
6. Finally, go to Chinese embassy along with all your
documents and apply for visa (They will take 4 days to stamp
visa)
7. Buy the ticket and Come to china.
