7:30 am – Holy Eucharist at Manila Cathedral
 Get Pilgrim’s passports
 Follow the activities for pilgrims
 Get passport stamped.
 Group picture
9:30 am - Proceed to the next Door of Mercy *BUS
 On the way: give an input about the meaning of a pilgrimage, and an introduction to the
year of Mercy. (Who will give this one?)
10:30 am – Arrival at Our Lady of Sorrows Parish, Pasay
 Follow the activities for pilgrims
 Get passport stamped.
 Group picture
11:30 pm - Proceed to the next Door of Mercy (packed lunch on the way)
12:30 pm - Arrival at the National Shrine of the Sacred Heart, Makati
 Follow the activities for pilgrims
 Get passport stamped.

1:30 pm Proceed to the next Door of Mercy
 On the way: what are indulgences?
2:30 pm Arrival at the Archdiocesan Shrine of the Divine Mercy, Mandaluyong
 Follow the activities for pilgrims
 Get passport stamped.

3:30 pm Proceed to the next Door of Mercy (take snacks on the way)
4:30 pm Arrival at Santuario de Santo Cristo Parish, San Juan City
 Follow the activities for pilgrims
 Get passport stamped.

**Invite new people to invite to the Verbum Dei Family (main objective this year is to
grow and invite more people to the family)
 Closing dynamic and souvenirs. **Give leaflets c/o youth
 There’s an anticipated Mass at 6:30pm for those pilgrims who would like to attend.
o **Confirm the mass on Santuario de Santo Cristo Parish, San Juan
o **Drop point, watak watak na ba or babalik yung bus sa Manila Cathedral?
TASKS FOR THE YOUTHS:
- **Create invitation poster (but do not rely the invitation on the poster)
- **Viber group for whole VD Manila (only for committed disciples) – trial
o Activities
o Sharing of reflections/prayers/inspirations/nourishments
o Exceptions (include AC Luzon even not in Manila)
o Once confirmed, add QC and tagaytay
o Ask Menchie if she could be the main administrator of Viber group
- Prepare and deliver inputs.
- **Taglish inputs
- **Schedule bio breaks
- Prepare closing dynamic and souvenirs.

LOGISTICS COMMITTEE:
Bus or coaster. **Ask for assistance, price depends on the bus or coaster, logistics and youth will
meet within the week
**Assigned seats on the bus (by group)
**Identify the parking spots near Manila Cathedral c/o logistics

Suggested deadline for registration: Saturday July 16 (before 16 as much as possible) **To get
target numbers
**Advance full registration only, walk-ins are not allowed. (because of the bus)
**Tag groupings for the participants – for the registration team

REMINDERS FOR PILGRIMS:

Pilgrims are encouraged to wear Verbum Dei T-Shirts and comfortable shoes.
Bring packed lunch and snacks.
Bring enough water, fan, face towel, etc.
