to do the following acts, deeds and things in my name and on my behalf.

I, the above named Principal/Executant do hereby agree and declare that all land sold and
executed by Agent / attorney would be priced at Rs. 1,50,000/- cottah and selling of the
said land over the acts, deeds and things done, executed or performed by the said General
Power of Attorney shall be valid and binding on me to all intents and purposes as if done
by me personally, I Undertake to ratify and confirm whenever required.
