Diseño e implementación de un aplicativo web en HTML5, CSS y PHP

para una revista en línea.

1. SITUACIÓN ACTUAL

CiudadAltavoz es una revista en línea de opinión creada en enero de 2017

con el fin de erigir y dar a conocer un espacio independiente, de análisis y de
ideas para que la gente se informe, tenga otros puntos de vista se exprese
frente a diversos temas sociales. Actualmente, la página web está desarrollada
y administrada bajo una plataforma gratuita (Wix.com) que permite
organizar y modificar el diseño bajo un entorno gráfico (es decir, sin
necesidad de utilizar codificación) y da la posibilidad de alojar todo lo
referente a la página, como artículos e imágenes, sin necesidad de descargar
archivos.

Se ha venido evidenciando que así como se presentan algunas ventajas al

utilizar la plataforma gratuita, también existen limitaciones y desventajas con
respecto al boceto de la página desde cero; como la imposibilidad de realizar
un diseño acorde a lo que se quiere mostrar en la página, además de que
puede ser confuso y limitado el manejo del entorno gráfico a tal punto de
desordenarse la página como tal si se realizan modificaciones, el enlace de la
página es asignado y retocado por la plataforma
(http://ciudadaltavozblog.wixsite.com/ideasenblog/) lo que hace que
además de ser extenso y conteniendo cosas innecesarias y redundantes en un
enlace web, dificulta su búsqueda y acceso en internet, entre otros
relacionados al favicon (imagen de cabecera) y al título de la página. Lo que
se plantea con respecto a la situación actual es ver si es posible diseñar e
implementar un aplicativo o página web con las herramientas necesarias con
 el fin de proporcionar más libertad de diseño para la revista, ser más agradable
en cuanto a su lectura y lograr una mejor visualización de contenidos.
