MOTION TO INTERIM SUSPEND

COMES NOW, the Office of the General Counsel, State Bar of


Georgia, and pursuant to Rule 4-204.3(d), and hereby files this Motion to Interim
Suspend the above-named Respondent for failure to respond to disciplinary
authorities investigating these matters as required by Bar Rules. The State Bar
shows the Court the following in support of this recommendation:

On October 4, 2017, the State Bar sent the Notice of Investigation in
this matter to Respondent by United States Regular Mail, along with a request for
acknowledgment of service, a form for acknowledging service, and instructions for
doing so.

2.
On October 19, 2017, Respondent acknowledged service ofthe Notice
of Investigation. A copy of the Acknowledgment of Service is attached hereto as
Exhibit "A".

The Notice of Investigation informed Respondent that the conduct
alleged in the Grievance might be in violation of Rules 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 3.2 and 8.4 (a)
(4) of the Georgia Rules ofProfessional Conduct.

A violation of Bar Rules 1.2, 1.3 or 8.4 (a) (4) may be punished by
disbarment.

5.
Respondent has failed to file a response to the Notice of Investigation
in compliance with the requirements of Bar Rule 4-204.3.

6.
Bar Rule 4-204.3(d) provides that in cases where the maximum
sanction is disbarment or suspension, failure to respond in compliance with the
requirements of Bar Rule 4-204.3 may authorize the Investigative Panel to suspend
the Respondent until a response is filed.

7.
At its meeting on January 5, 2018, the Investigative Panel determined
that Respondent should be suspended in accordance with Rule 4-204.3( d)(2).

WHEREFORE, the Office of General Counsel prays that this Court


enter an order suspending Respondent until further order of this Court.
