Other Details

1. The applicant should have the business transaction / turnover capability and no business guarantee /
business promotion in any manner from the t seva head office.
2. The applicant shall appoint full time employee / representative to run the full time activities of the franchise
and to promote all the services identified by the T Seva Centre (“TSC”) from time to time and will abide by
the regular business hours at all times as per the advice of TSC
3. Franchise holder is whole and sole responsible for the add-on of local merchants to the business activities of
TSC and also in finalization of deals / business with the merchants from time to time.
4. Franchise shall lead to termination by the TSC upon non commencement of Business within 30 calendar
days of opening of the Franchise. Logins maintenance charges applicable as per the merchant login.
5. Timeframe of 25 days to 2 months for allotment of login ID’s for various services to the franchise is subject to
the approval of the concerned merchants and timeframe of 3 months for the some other services.
6. TSC shall not provide any kind of government revenue services to the franchisee.
7. No offline / Corporate services …Officeline and corporate services subject to separate Proposal /MoU.

The initial investment would be towards the cost of interiors, fixtures, systems, tools and
startup, promotion / advt and franchise fee. Please note that this initial investment
depends on the model of T SEVA CENTRE and could vary based on location (City, Dist,
Mandal, Town, Major Panchayat) and other factors.

Panchayath level Rs. 1000/-, Mandal level Rs. 1500/-. Municipality level 2000/-
Dist/ City /Corporation and All HMDA/GHMC Limits Rs. 2500/- (demand draft in
favor of “ Bharat Seva Center LLP” payable at Hyderabad towards Franchise
Application cum processing fee.

 Franchise Registration fee (Non refundable) should be paid at the time of execution Agreement
 30% of the Registration fee will applicable as renewal charges for next year onwards.
 Franchise finalization first cum first serve basis and location is subjected to availability.
 Selection process will be sole discretion of the T-Seva Center.
 Allocation of centers depends on the local density of the population/no. of houses. Panchayats 1 Centre,
Mandal 2 - 3 centres, Dist / City /Municipality / Corporations area wise (distance 500 meters).
 Application cum processing fee & Franchise registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
 T Seva centre ( A Unit of Bharat Seva Centre LLP) is providing online and corporate services /Shopping
collaboration with Merchants/ Individual Professionals / Manufacturers / Vendors & Service Providers
 All the Business Revenue/ Incomes are estimates and may vary subject to service /promotion/ advt. by the
franchise only. Head office / t seva no way responsible for business of franchisee . No business guarantee
 T Seva Model can be a new or an existing place which can be modified as per T Seva standards.
 Selected services or facilities are subject to selected Franchise centers as they may differ from the demand ,
infra and manpower of the each franchise centers. Services/commission subject to change from time to time.
 Commission Structure will be provided at the time of Franchise Inauguration.
 T Seva Provides online services assistance and online/shopping products to customers with the help of the
franchisees and merchants (Individual professionals/ Freelancers/ Online/Offline service providers Shops/
vendors / Companies). T Seva Products /Services assistance is depend upon the availability of T Seva
franchise or merchants / service providers in the respective areas.
 All proposed services / products not provided at a time it will take 2 - 6 months time, Local Services /
merchants/ product tie-ups / adding the responsibility of the Franchisee and major merchants/services tie-
ups adding responsibility of the Franchiser / Master Franchisee. Any service added / deleted from time to
time. All are proposed services/ products availability subject to merchants / service providers in the
respective areas and tie-up. Franchiser not given any guarantee on any particular service / product.
