The study done by the agency should be in such a manner that
a) it must highlight priority areas of the project and understanding of social norms and
practices.
b) mapping of existing situation: Need Assessment Surveys (NAS) and government
schemes
c) Get inputs from Panchayat, District Administration, various stakeholders, Public
Representatives and other participatory forums etc.
d) Must ensure that no duplication of CSR projects with that of government's programs

In management perspective, CSR practices can be carried out as the following steps:
a) Compliance management, anti-corruption and anti-commercial bribery, internal and
external communication and
b) CSR practices for their stakeholders, including shareholders, customers, employees,
environment, community and others.
The CSR practices require a promoting mechanism of CSR, including strategic planning,
propulsion systems of CSR management, implementations of social responsibilities and continuous
improvement with performance evaluations that provide some feedbacks for the previous decision
makings.

The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), also known as the Global
Goals, are a universal call to action to end poverty, protect the planet and ensure
that all people enjoy peace and prosperity.
These 17 Goals build on the successes of the Millennium Development
Goals, while including new areas such as climate change, economic inequality,
innovation, sustainable consumption, peace and justice, among other priorities.
The goals are interconnected – often the key to success on one will involve
tackling issues more commonly associated with another.
They provide clear guidelines and targets for all countries to adopt in
accordance with their own priorities and the environmental challenges of the
world at large
Achieving the SDGs requires the partnership of governments, private sector,
civil society and citizens alike to make sure we leave a better planet for future
generations.
The agency will also carry mapping of National and International priorities
such as SDG's and the firm’ responsibility to ensure the same while the course of
planning, and implementing.
