Leave Entitlement: Employees are entitled to leave with pay based on the terms and length of employment. All exceptions will be approved by Company’s HR.
(i) Town Based Employees
Annual leave 20 calendar days per annum
Sick leave 10 days with per annum
Casual leave 10 days per annum. (Only one casual leave can be availed at a
time)
Gazetted holiday As announced by the Federal Government and our Client

(ii) Field Based Employees


a. There are no annual or casual leave entitlement to the field based working employees on ROTA.
b. Field based employees are entitled for only sick leave of 10 days, which will be granted on written recommendation of field doctor only
(iii) Leave Procedure
a. The employees seeking leave are required to complete Leave Application Form, and send to Company’s HR for endorsement of leave balance. On receipt of the leave balance it is
employee’s responsibility to obtain recommendation / approval of Client’s relevant Head of Department and submit to Company’s HR for processing.
b. Before proceeding on leave, it must be ensured that leave has been approved by the Client’s competent authorities (Head of Department of employee) and should not assume that leave
will be approved automatically.
c. If annual or casual leaves over and above the approved limit are requested and granted, then deduction will be made from salary.
d. Sick leaves are required to be approved by Client’s Doctor.
e. Casual leave are meant for an urgent personal reasons. Employee cannot claim more than one leave at any given time as Casual leave.
Additional leave Entitlement:
(i) Maternity Leave: Client’s approval is needed to avail paid maternity leave for up to 90 days. Female employees intending to avail maternity leave are required to apply for leave on the
prescribed leave application form in advance. Leave can only be availed after formal approval by the competent authority i.e Head of Department of employee and Client’s doctor.
(ii) Hajj Leave: Field based employees will be entitled to paid leave for 28 days once in their service tenure including their days off. Employees intending to avail Hajj leave are required to apply
for leave on the prescribed leave application form well in advance. Leave can only be availed after formal approval by the employees Head of Department as well as Company officials.
Compassionate Leave: An employee is entitled to three days of compassionate leave on the death of the immediate family or household like spouse, children, parents, siblings and parents in law
upon approval of Client’s Head of Department and Company officials.
