MY TEACHING PHILOSOPHIES

I believe that every child…

 is gifted.

 is capable of learning only if they are subjected to proper motivation and

reinforcement.

 has their own ways of learning which what make them unique to the other

children.

 learn best from physiological activities - by doing.

 needs a well-structured lesson and repetition of information to learn.

 needs resources and tools for better and spontaneous discussion.

 will pay no attention to a subject matter if it does not interest them.

I believe that my duty as an educator is to facilitate every child learning development,

hone and pave the way for them as the future leaders and game changers of the country

by:

 allowing myself to share to them everything that I know provided it is in

line with the lesson being discussed.

 providing equal opportunities for every child to speak out their minds,

share their thoughts and argue their opinions while setting appropriate

limitations.

 encouraging them to allow themselves to accept criticisms and feedback.

 creating a welcoming and conducive learning environment that is

accessible to all children of different race and ethnicity, culture and tradition,

social status and gender.

 instill in the heart and mind of every child the importance of having an

education by reiterating it.

 injecting in my lessons some of the positive and negative unchanging

values for every child to contemplate on.

 being a model of words and of actions.

 fostering the basic learning skills in reading, writing, listening, speaking

and viewing every child has acquired and bring it to the next level.

 helping every child in developing their inter- and intrapersonal skills to

comfortably work in pair or group to create a scholarly discussion.

I believe as an educator that in teaching content must be relevant, meaningful, and

entertaining to every child.

I believe as an educator that enthusiasm, high energy level and positive vibe are of

great importance in creating an inviting and successful learning environment.

I believe as an educator that I am obliged to enter the class with utmost preparedness

and with the highest expectations from every child.

I believe as an educator these philosophies and teaching style may change throughout

the course of my teaching career and I compel myself to remain receptive to

suggestions and be open for improvement.
