Tristan Aniceto is an undergraduate violin performance student in his fourth-year at MSU.

Born
in the Philippines and raised in Milwaukee, he is happy call Montclair his third home. His violin
teachers include Ilana Setapen, Weigang Li, Elizabeth Faidley, and Michael Ludwig. His
conducting teachers are Ken Lam and Markand Thakar. In addition to his student life, he is the
concertmaster of the Opera Theater of Montclair and the Ridgewood Symphony Orchestra.
He’s also attended Brevard Music Center, Marrowstone Music Festival, Domaine Forget, and
National Orchestral Institute. Outside of music, he is an avid gamer, traveler, and cook.
