To EVERY U.S. District Court and U.S. Magistrate Judge in Arizona:

Please be advised that in the ongoing matter of U.S District Court

Clerk Brian Karth, and judges and clerks who "fix" Arizona cases,
YOU are now (1) on notice that serious violations of law are occur-
ring and (2) subject to liability if you fail to act in your administra-
tive capacities.

This is the 3rd time I’ve warned you of your duty to act. Therefore;
you may not assert "plausible deniability" as a legal defense, any
more than the FBI can subsequent to the recent Florida school
shootings.

Please, don't continue to shirk your duty to "protect and defend" the
constitution AND the rule of law as per L.R.Civ.P 3.7 which requires
"random automated judge assignment."

We the People DEPEND upon due process and the rule of law, as we
have written it and the courts have interpreted it, to protect our
rights and to redress our lawful grievances.
