Greetings of Peace and Solidarity!

The local government unit of City of San Fernando, La Union, in collaboration with the
Asia Pacific Youth Exchange – Manila, Inc. and Urban Youth Academy, is spearheading
the 2018 National Young Leaders’ Conference – Luzon Leg which will be held at Oasis
Country Resort, City of San Fernando, La Union on 15-18 February, 2018.

Gathering youth leaders from across Luzon, the 2018 NYLC – Luzon Leg pushes for the
localization of the SDG campaign by heavily focusing on equipping next- generation
leaders—especially those at the grassroots—with the practical knowledge and
improving the skills necessary in order for them to effectively spearhead or participate in
initiatives gearing towards the realization of the Sustainable Development Goals.

Details of the 2018 NYLC – Luzon Leg are as follows:

2018 NATIONAL YOUNG LEADERS’ CONFERENCE – LUZON LEG

Theme: ―Ti 2030, Awan Maibati: Inclusively Engaging the Youth
towards Sustainable Humanity”

Partner LGU: City of San Fernando, La Union

Focus on: People (Well- Being and Humanity)
1. SDG 02: Zero Hunger
2. SDG 03: Good Health and Well- being
3. SDG 04: Quality Education
4. SDG 06: Clean Water and Sanitation

Attendance is limited to 200 participants per leg.

In this regard, we cordially invite you to be among the 200 delegates to be convened
for this year’s NYLC – Luzon Leg.

In order for you to attend, you will have to pay the participation fee of P 5,500.00,
inclusive of the following:

1. Access to all conference activities

2. Accommodation from 15-18 February, 2018
3. Full-board meal from morning of February15 to noon of February 18
4. NYLC T-shirt
5. Delegate kit and Certificate
