Dear Consultant,

We understand you have not yet met the requirement for the Senior Consultant status at the time of its
initial launch, either because you were shy of the 1,000 session hours or didn’t quite meet the average
rating requirement or have not yet received your TESOL certificate (or its equivalent).

However, you are closer to achieving the status than you think. That is because for each session hour
that you have contributed on the platform, regardless of how many sessions you have completed in one
hour (be it a 10, 25 or 45-minute session, a demo, or a special session) it is counted as one session hour!

Your current teaching status is as follows:

Accumulated session hours: 929 hours

Low rating ratio of your latest 200 session hours: 1.54 %

Average rating of your latest 200 session hours: 9.6

So as you can see, it really is within grasps. One great way to achieve the Senior Consultant status
sooner is by maintaining a great average rating and joining the My PrimeTime program by booking more
high-demand hours.

Meanwhile, have fun teaching and we look forward to inviting you into the program soon!

Best,

Fiona Yu

========= FAQ for Senior Consultant Program =========

How is a thousand session hours defined?

A session hour is defined either as regardless of how many sessions you have completed in one hour (be
it a 10, 25 or 45-minute session, a demo, or a special session) it is counted as one session hour.

Q2. How is an average rating of 9.5 or above calculated?

A. 9.5 average rating is calculated by taking into account ALL of a consultant’s ratings from clients
(including low ratings) for the most recent 200 session hours taught with less than 3% in low ratings
ratio. Please note that this calculation is used only for the qualification of senior consultant status. The
3% lowest low ratings will be excluded from the calculation of your payroll. (New Ratings Appeal Policy
will be announced soon)

Q3. How is low rating ratio calculated?

A. We take all of your low ratings divided by all of your ratings to derive at your low rating ratio.
Any rating of 7 and below constitutes a low rating.

Q4. When can I be evaluated to know if I can become a Senior Consultant?

A. We will evaluate our teaching consultants on the 25th day of every month.

Q5. How can I apply for TESOL, TEYL or its equivalent certification?

A. While there are many services out there, we have partnered with several reputable companies
to bring online certification service to our consultants at a fraction of the regular tuition cost, so as to
help you transition into a certified ELT professional. (Please see Q7 for details)

Q6. When do I need to submit my TESOL/TEFL/TEYL certificate?

A. As stated in the service agreement, you are required to submit your TESOL/TEFL/TEYL or its
equivalent within 90 days after you complete your first session.

Q7. Where can I take the TESOL/TEFL/TEYL courses?

A. Online institutes are famed for its efficiency and quality of delivery. Typically, these institutes
will provide videos, online live training, quizzes and a final assessment. Please see below for a few
recommendations. You may also find other alternatives online.

We recommend INTESOL for its high quality courses. As a consultant with iTutorGroup, you will receive
an exclusive discount if you register through the INTESOL link below and sign up as one of our

Q8. What do I do after I get the certificate?

A. Once you receive your certificate from the institute, please upload it to your profile in the
consultant portal.

Q9. Is there a way to check my current teaching status?

A. Apart from the feedback report in consultant portal which gives you a detailed record of an
individual session, we will be rolling out a new dashboard containing an updated status
including: Accumulated session hours, Low rating ratio% and Average rating of your latest 200
session hours. This would make it easier for consultants to see if and when the Senior
Consultant status is achieved.

USLOVI

Dear Consultants,

The hard work and dedication of our consultants is what makes iTutorGroup such a unique learning
platform. And many of you have devoted years of service with us. As a token of our genuine
appreciation, we have designed a tenure based pay raise program called Senior Consultant in
recognition of our committed and talented consultants.

A Senior consultant (SC) is someone who has:

1. Successfully taught more than 1,000 session hours to-date with a commendable performance
(The following session types will each be considered as one session hour, , regardless of how many
sessions you have completed in a given hour:be it a 10, 25 or 45-minute session, a demo, or a special
session, it is counted as one session hour)

2. Those maintaining a 9.5 average rating (Please note the average rating mentioned here includes
ALL ratings a consultant has received)in the most recent 200 session hours taught

3. With less than a 3% low ratings ratio in the most recent 200 session hours taught

4. In possession of a TESOL certificate or its equivalent

When you reach the Senior Consultant status, you will be entitled to receive a pay raise on your base
rate. Those who qualify for the program will see their respective pay raise reflected automatically on
their November pay, payable on December 10th..

What’s more, if you have a TESOL certificate or its equivalent, and continue to meet the ratings’
requirements (as stated in the second paragraph), you will earn another incremental % increase on your
base rate after every additional 1,000 session hours taught. Such additional increase will be based on
your previous base rate.

For example, a consultant who has taught 1,500 session hours to-date will receive up to an estimated
5% pay raise. When this consultant reaches the next 1,000 session hours taught (cumulative 2,500
session hours in this case), he/she will receive up to an additional estimated 5% pay raise based on the
last pay raise.

The compound effect means the longer your tenure is and the more sessions you have taught, the
higher your pay will be (provided that your performance meets the abovementioned standard per your
last 200 session hours taught when you enter the next pay raise bracket.) This is another reason why
having a My PrimeTime schedule is crucial to becoming a Senior Consultant.

Best,

Fiona Yu
