Dear Sir,
In your Letter under reference you have sent me a demand of
Rs.5,24,526/- (Rupees Five Lakh Twenty-four Thousand Five Hundred Twenty Six )
only against purchase of Flat No.-303, 2BHK in 3 rd floor of Saraswati Complex at
Saikrishna Residency, Nandapur, Bhubaneswar.
In your said Letter you have not stated about the work accomplished of
the flat.
I have already paid you Rs.11,00,000/-(Eleven Lakh) Only as on date
02/01/2017.
Though my permanent address is given in your office, presently I am
staying at Puri and therefore hence forward all correspondences may please be
made with me in my present address given below until further information.
You are requested to send demand Letter with detail mention of work
completed as per the terms and conditions mentioned in our agreement and
send photo of work completed to enable me release money in your favour
without hesitation.
