Preface
Attempt - With the exception of crimes that have a specified separate charge for attempt, I.E.
murder, any time a person attempts to commit a crime, they are to be charged with the crime
they are attempting and punished under the guidelines of the crime they attempted.

Bail - Bail is available for most crimes with the exception of violent crimes and crimes involving
intoxication or influence of a controlled substance. A fee is paid in exchange for an amount of
time off a person's sentence. Bail must be paid in full for all charges and cannot be done
individually. If one of the crimes charged does not have a fixed bail amount, the person may not
bail out on any other charges.

Crimes against a person - In order for a person to be arrested for a misdemeanor personal
crime or crime against private property with the exception of domestic assault crimes and crimes
against children, the victim must choose to press charges against the suspect. If the victim does
not press charges, the suspect is to be turned loose. However, if the crime was committed in a
public area or in the presence of others, the suspect can be arrested for disturbing the peace. If
the crime is a felony, they are charged without victim consent.

Maximum sentencing - The current maximum sentence for incarceration is 40 seconds and a
$2,000 fine.

101. Emergency hotline abuse - Misusing the 911 emergency hotline to report fraudulent or deceitful
information.

102. Failure to stop - Failing to stop at an area in which stopping is required.

103. Failure to yield - Failing to yield to a vehicle with the right-of-way.
$2,000 fine and one driver warning

104. Failure to yield to a pedestrian - Failing to yield the right-of-way to a pedestrian crossing the roadway
within any marked crosswalk or within any unmarked crosswalk at an intersection.
$2,000 fine and one driver warning

105. Failure to yield to an emergency vehicle - Refusing to pull over when an emergency vehicle with an
active siren is in the vicinity.
$2,000 fine

106. Furnishing alcohol to a minor - Serving or selling alcohol to anyone under the age of 21.
$2,000 fine and the revocation of the seller's liquor license

107. Improper parking - Leaving a vehicle unattended in a manner that is dangerous or obstructive.
$1,500 fine and a vehicle impounding

108. Jaywalking - Recklessly or improperly crossing a roadway.

$1,000 fine

109. Loitering - Unlawfully remaining in a particular public place for a protracted time without valid
purpose.
$2,000 fine

110. Open liquor container - Having and storing an open container of liquor in a part of your vehicle other
than the trunk.
$2,000 fine

111. Parking in a restricted government zone - Leaving a vehicle unattended in a government-owned area
in which parking is prohibited.
$2,000 fine and a vehicle impounding

112. Parking in a restricted zone - Leaving a vehicle unattended in an area in which parking is prohibited.
$1,000 fine

113. Possession of marijuana - Possessing marijuana at an amount of under ten grams.

114. Possession of unlawful vehicle modifications - Operating or owning a motor vehicle with nitrous
oxide systems (NOS).

115. Public urination - Disposing of urine on a street, sidewalk, park, or any other public place.

116. Public defecation - Disposing of excrement on a street, sidewalk, park, or any other public place.

117. Reckless driving - Any person who drives any vehicle upon a highway in willful or wanton disregard
for the safety of persons or property is guilty of reckless driving.

118. Selling alcohol without a license - Engaging in a transaction in which alcohol is sold without a proper
permit.
$2,000 fine and the confiscation of all alcohol

119. Speeding - Operating a motor vehicle above the legal speed limit.

201. Aiding and abetting - Actively participating in the commission of a crime without taking part in the
actual criminal offense.

202. Assault - An unlawful attempt, coupled with a present ability, to commit a violent injury upon another
person.

203. Auto burglary - Entering a locked automobile or its trunk with the intent to steal the vehicle, steal
property contained in the vehicle, or commit any other crime inside the vehicle.

307. Battery - Willfully and unlawfully using force or violence upon another.

308. Battery on a government employee - Committing a battery against a government employee while the
individual was engaged in the performance of their duties, having known that they were a government

309. Bribery - Giving anything of value or advantage, or making any promise or undertaking to give any,
asked, given, or accepted, with a corrupt intent to influence, unlawfully, the person to whom it is given, in
his or her action, vote, or opinion, in any public or official capacity.
