What Can You Expect?
The Supply Chain STAR Program focuses on identifying and recognizing African talent—from
students to professionals—with industry supply chain experience. Selected students will
receive sponsorships or internships. Recent graduates will join a structured learning
and development program for up to 12 months with postings in Europe, the Caspian region,
or on the African continent. For experienced supply chain professionals, an individual
on-boarding program and career plan will be elaborated.

Your career will be anything but static, and we expect you to take early responsibility for your
own career. We have a range of training and career development programs that offer broad
opportunities for progression. Your career can take you to different geographical locations,
but you should expect to spend a large part of your career in your home country or region,

Business School” in France, I decided
