Self-Paced Training
If you want the convenience of taking a class at any time and the option of going at your
own pace, our self-paced training is the option for you. You’ll have a chance to practice
what you’ve learned in hands-on “Try It” exercises and test your knowledge with “Test Your-
self” assessments.

Getting Started with Sales Center (SA050)
This class is designed to help new hosts and site administrators take their first step to becoming

Fundaciones de Remote Support: Conectar con clientes (RS101)
Este es un curso de nivel inicial para representantes de asistencia técnica que utilizan Remote Sup-
port para dar asistencia sin ayuda a ordenadores remotos.
Este curso les brinda el conocimiento y habilidades para conectarse a ordenadores remotos, dar
asistencia técnica por medio del control de aplicaciones y escritorio, además brinda la posibilidad
de solicitar asistencia adicional si fuera necesaria.

REQUISITOS PREVIOS: Conocimiento básico de computadoras y del sistema operativo de Win-
dows.

Training Center
Introducción a Training Center (TC050)
Esta clase está diseñada para ayudar a los nuevos anfitriones y administradores de sitios a comenzar a
dominar el servicio Training Center. Los participantes compararán los métodos de planificación (en
línea versus aplicaciones descargables) y decidirán cuál se adapta mejor a su entorno de trabajo.
Además, se les presentarán funciones de presentación y tareas de administración de sitios básicas, y
recibirán asesoramiento respecto de qué pasos seguir.

Este curso ha sido diseñado para brindarle confianza en el uso de Webex Event Center, con tareas
antes y después de la sesión. Con demostraciones y prácticas, usted obtendrá los conocimientos
necesarios para planificar eventos, matricular participantes, y ver informes.

Esta clase es diseñada para ayudar a nuevos organizadores y administradores del sitio que tomen
los primeros pasos para llegar a ser competente con el servicio de Sales Center. Participantes com-
pararán métodos de planificar (en línea contra aplicaciones descargables) y decidirán cuál les ser-
virá mejor en su entorno de trabajo. Además, participantes son introducidos a las características de
