    There are many trade unions in India.

    5. Outside Leadership

    6. Politicisation of the Unions

    7. The Problem of Recognition of Trade Unions


    8. Migratory Character of Workers and Few Other issues

    In spite of all these problems, Trade unions in India are showing signs of strong
    survival instincts and shall survive for long, because workers’ aspirations wrestling
    and unassailable.
