 WBPDCL ERP Implementation

Steps to Upload Service Contract:

A. Type the Transactional Code(T-Code) ZPTP015 and press Enterbutton

B. Select the File To be Uploaded (The Service Contract Header and Item File Format are attached
herewith )

C. Click on Execute(or F8) button to run the program

D. If program runs successfully,then you get following text written ,otherwise there will be problem in
given Excel Format(if so then correct the format & execute again)

E. Type TCode SM35 and Enter to process the Program

F. Select the Session Name(SERVCONTRACT) noting Session name & Created by ID& click on

H. To Check the status(log) of how much data have been processed properly you just have to click
Analysis buttonby selecting Session name as shown below.

I. Focus on Incorrect, To Process, Processed Heading only

 Incorrect: This will show number of incorrect data that have been processed
Note: To check log of the incorrect datajust click on Log tab

 To Process: This will show number of data that still have to be processed
 Processed: This will show number of correct data that have been processed successfully
