Kuwaiti Ahli Aluminium Manufacturing Company (KAAM) has been operating for over two decades
to the utmost satisfaction of its clients in the following spheres of activities:
- Design
From concept to full working drawing including technical submissions and supportive data.
- Fabrication
Utilizing the state of the art equipment and sophisticated machines, the fabrication is done to the
highest degree of accuracy and finish.
- Assembly
Using crimping method or other mechanical connections, all units are assembled to international
standards.
- Installation
Trained installers, controlled by Project Managers are working in planned and agreed sequences, with
regard to individual project requirements, covering, securing to masonry, alignment and application
of caulking/mastic sealant.
- Transportation
KAAM has its own fleet for transporting the material to the customers throughout the states
provinces.
Aluminium fabrication is from extruded and rolled materials supplied by well renowned suppliers
such as REYNAERS Belgium, SCHUCO Germany, etc.

COMPANY PROFILE
FACTORY LOCATION
KAAM is located in the industrial area of Amghara in a purpose built factory. The administrative office
is attached to the factory, and our sales and small projects division is situated in our showroom in Al-
rai area, Al-Ghazali Street.
PRODUCTION CAPACITY
At present KAAM is capable of producing about 65,000 m² glazed aluminIum doors and windows
annually, operating in one shift of 8 hours a day. The production range includes sliding, side and
bottom/top hung windows, single and double swing doors, louvers, partitions, railings, curtain wall,
structural glazed curtain wall, horizontal structural curtain wall, etc.
QUALITY CONTROL
Pre-delivery inspection of materials ensures strict quality control scheme being implemented to check
flaws and errors in material and workmanship.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
Every part of the supply chain is regulated by very stringent quality controls. In this way, we are able
to ensure that our systems fulfill all national and product related technical endorsements. Our

manufacturers) produce exclusive systems for our use in Kuwait. Our international approach allows us

- Windows, Doors & Conservatories
For residential customers aluminium is the material of choice for windows, doors, as well as for
conservators. It keeps its appearance over time as it does not crack, wrap or discolor. It requires
minimum maintenance and provides maximum security.
Suitable for installation in new buildings and renovations, into timber sub-frames or directly to
brickwork, the product range developed for residential markets has the same performance attributes
as those for commercial purposes.
All products are available in various styles and in a vast range of colors.
The use of insulation strips to ensure the thermal break enables different colors to be used on the
exterior and the interior.
Surface treatments are carried out in accordance with Qualicoat standards for painting, and with
Qualanod standards for anodization.
