Overlooking the entire estate is The Grand Atrium, Mahogany Place Tagaytay’s elevated indoor
air-conditioned venue. This hall is surrounded by glass walls to give you a good view of both our
gardens, and the entire lush green Tagaytay countryside. A perfect venue for your events all year
round, The Grand Atrium can comfortably accommodate an estimated 300 guests (available Al
Fresco or Air-Conditioned). Including the balcony, The Grand Atrium can accommodate events
with as many as 500 guests.
The Tucsan Garden
The garden can be used for ceremonies, receptions and other outdoor events. A romantic
elevated walkway is provided to give the entourage and the bride a grand entrance, giving the
guests a perfect unobstructed view. This is our biggest garden, and it can comfortably
accommodate up to 300 people.
Timeframe
This contract is being entered in between Ms. Aaron Joshua Bajon of HappySmile.Co, to be referred to as
the EVENT PLANNER hereafter; and Ms. Jemma Cruz, to be referred to as the CLIENT hereafter in the
contract.
Services
The EVENT PLANNER is required to manage and plan the wedding proposal event to be held on
December 9, 2017. The planning will include consultation, guide, the design, decoration and set up,
coordination of suppliers and flawlessly executing from start up to the event.
CLIENT agree to pay EVENT PLANNER a total of Php 252,760 for the services provided. This signed
agreement along with a non-refundable retainer fee or deposit in the amount of Php 84,254.00 to EVENT
PLANNER is required to reserve your Event date. The deposit will be subtracted from the total payments
owed by CLIENT upon completion of the services. The second payment should be pay on October 29,
2017 worth Php 84,250.00 and the remaining balance worth Php 84,250.00 is due on November 12, 2017,
four weeks before the Event date. If the balance is not paid in full at least two weeks before the Event
date, the reservation is released, and other clients will have the opportunity to reserve it.
