本公司是经天津市政府批准于 1992 年 12 月 1 日设立的股份有限公司。现注

册资本 28.99 亿元，公司及子公司主营业务涵盖物流、贸易、交易平台、供应链

管理以及相关金融服务领域。公司秉持“以航运、物流、贸易以及相关金融服务

为主导产业，致力于打造国际化的物流及上下游产业链的运营、服务及管理投资

平台”的宗旨，把握物流与互联网、金融紧密结合的趋势，在“一带一路”、

给侧改革”政策指引下，将逐步发展成为物流全供应链综合服务商。

Since our company established, surrounding with the aim of making the most

profitable creations for all of stockholders, in the early establishing time, we still

insist the development model of international and eco-friendly mode of combined

operations of land and sea transportation, we are generally committed by maritime

industry. For some recent years, literally speaking, the overall global maritime market

demonstrates the downside tendency. Combined with this chance, our company tried

to transform traditional and simple maritime industry into logistics investment field.

Since the transformation stage in 2015, TIC intensively seizes each single investment

opportunity to make gross profit, which increments the overall profit in the

short-term.

TIC always regards talented people as the perquisite resource of enterprise

物流投资：公司在 20 多年的国内国际船舶运营基础上，充分利用有效资源，

向物流上下游产业延伸，专注于物流领域投资，如综合物流、物流地产、第四方

物流等物流资产。公司将依托天津自由贸易试验区以及“一带一路”等政策红利，

物流金融服务：物流金融是基于金融服务于实体经济的创新型融资模式，满

下深圳供应链、前海航交所、及参股公司中合中小企业融资担保股份有限公司，

积极开展物流金融服务，初步搭建物流运输资源与业务的交易平台，未来将进一

供应链管理：公司通过旗下子公司英迈国际，整合有效资源，积极开展供应
链管理业务，是全球 IT 产品分销与供应链综合服务领导者。公司拥有高水平的

供应链管理系统、广覆盖范围的分销及配送网络和丰富的供应链管理经验。仓库

管理系统（WMS），可以根据客户需求，高效、准确的实现配送服务；较强的第四

方物流管理能力，能以轻资产方式将物流环节中的运输公司、仓储公司、报关公

司等整合和管理起来，为客户提供个性化的一体化物流增值服务，共享仓储物流、

提高物流工作效率。同时，公司云集市平台可以为客户提供完善的云技术解决方

案，有助于客户方便地购买、配置、管理、应用云技术。
