NOTICE OF UNDERSTANDING AND INTENT AND CLAIM OF BIRTHRIGHT

Please take into consideration the documents associated with the development of the Certificate attached hereto –

I, a man commonly called: Basadar: Qadar-Shar - of the family: Israel, fka Kevin-Carlton: of the family: George, the
Claimant herein, present you with a Notice of Understanding and Intent and Claim of Birthright.

I am sending this letter out as a courtesy in order to avoid any further confusion or potential conflict in the hopes that
someone can either confirm or correct my understanding as pertains to the information on and associated with the copy of the Birth
Certificate attached. I am expanding the reach of my discourse in order to maintain my honor and ensure maximum clarity between
myself and all governments, especially the government of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.

If you do choose to respond with corrections, I must insist that you do so within Thirty (30) days of service of this letter, in
writing, via registered mail and provide proof of your Claim, under oath or attestation with full commercial liability and penalty of
perjury. A lack of response or response that does not contain proof of my mistaken understanding, on a point-by-point basis, will be
assumed to imply agreement with my understanding; failure to dispute the Claims made herein will result in an automatic default
judgment and a permanent and irrevocable estoppel by acquiescence.

UNDERSTANDING

I Now, it is my understanding that the Government created a legal NAME to which I am only entitled to use, and

II it is also my understanding that only Governments create legal NAMES upon submission of an application for the
registration of a Name, and

III it is also my understanding that the Government, being the creator and issuer of legal NAMES is the Owner of the legal
NAME and the legal document on which it originates (Certificate of Incorporation), and

IV it is also my understanding that I was born free of legal obligations and duties to pay, perform or discharge for a legal
NAME, and

V it is also my understanding that I was and am not obliged to be bound to a legal NAME which does NOT belong to me, and

VI it is also my understanding that slavery and involuntary servitude is abolished in all its forms, and

VII it is also my understanding that the power which created the heavens and the earth and all that is, is commonly called: God,
our Father, in the English language, and

VIII it is also my understanding that I am a creature of God: my Father, NOT a creature of the State such as a legal NAME, and

IX it is also my understanding that I, as a man, have been bought/purchased by the blood of the Christ: Jesus of the Tribe of
Judah, and

X it is also my understanding that no man can serve two masters, and

XI it is my understanding that I am NOT a NAME on a piece of paper and cannot be identified as a NAME and/or numbers on
a piece of paper, and

XII it is also my understanding that I am NOT under an obligation to be recognized by a Birth Certificate, and

XIII it is also my understanding that the law never intended for a Birth Certificate to be used as personal identification, and

XIV it is also my understanding that Government issued identification is property of the Government and cannot legally be
considered personal identification of a man or woman, and

XV it is also my understanding that a bearer of a Birth Certificate is entitled to receive goods and services through the legal
NAME appearing on the Birth Certificate, and

XVI it is also my understanding that Governments are the only issuers and creators of currency, and

XVII it is also my understanding that I was NOT born with money or currency, and

XVIII it is also my understanding that a legal NAME is a business enterprise to which I am NOT the Owner, and

XIX it is also my understanding that I was NEVER and am NOT under an obligation to work for government-issued currency,
credit, or money, and

XX it is also my understanding that Statutes, Codes, Rules and Regulations are NOT Law, but have the force of law upon those
that have knowingly, willingly and voluntarily consented to be governed thereby, and

XXI so it is also my understanding that, as a Child of God: my Father, I am and heir as a Son of God and Joint-heir with the
Christ: Jesus of the Tribe of Judah, and

XX it is also my understanding that the Torah/Holy Bible is the Book of the Law, and

XXI it is also my understanding that all men were and are still created equal by God: our Father and have been given dominion
over the fouls of the air, fish of the sea, beasts of the field, cattle and creeping things to subdue the Earth and replenish it,
and

XXII it is also my understanding that all power in Heaven and in Earth is given to the Christ: Jesus of the Tribe of Judah, and

XXIII it is my understanding that the Earth was created by God: our Father and given to all people to share in common, and

XXIV it is also my understanding that attempting to sell that which God: our Father made and gave to all people freely is fraud
and criminal, and

XXV it is also my understanding that ignorance of the Law, the Truth otherwise known as the Word of God: our Father is no
excuse –

INTENT

Therefore, be it now known to ANY and ALL governments, corporations, companies, wholesalers, retailers, distributors,

suppliers, et alia, that I, the man commonly called: Basadar: Qadar-Shar - of the family of Israel, son of Isaac, son of Abraham – a son

of God: our Father, through our Lord and Saviour: Jesus: the Christ of the Tribe of Judah, do hereby give Notice of my intention to

live the life given me as a Child of God and as a Joint-heir with Jesus: the Christ here on Earth, in the Kingdom of God among the

children of men as a King-by-Divine-Right, Pursuant to: Genesis 1:26-28, of the Torah/Holy Bible – to exercise power and Dominion

over my portion of the Earth, Sea, foul of the air, fish of the sea, beasts of the field, cattle and creeping thing, taking that which is mine

inheritance of God: my Father, freely, without conviction, without reservation – sans mens rea – without ill will and vexation –

Wherefore, I, a regenerated man, commonly called Basadar: Qadar-Shar, of the family of Israel, son of Isaac, son of Abraham

do hereby claim Divine Birthright as a Child of God: our Father, the Creator of the Heavens and the Earth and all that in

them is - I also hereby claim the heathen as my inheritance and the uttermost parts of the Earth as my possession.

Please notify me in writing sworn or affirmed under penalty of perjury in blue ink,

along with copies of Proof of any existing-Counter-claims, Rebuttals, and/or

Evidence-in-law contrary to these, my Understanding herein and Intentions herein

and Claims herein within 30 days of receipt of this Notice. Failure to respond as

requested hereby shall establish as Evidence and Proof of your Tacit-Agreement with

all of my Understanding, Intentions, and Claims within this Notice -
