Corporate level role – Overview of all offline and online media across
Span of Control
the lines of businesses
Key responsibilities • Assessing the current state of Media strategy, and conceptualize
optimal planning-to-acquire process
• Work closely with all marketing teams, both offline and online, to
implement the media acquisition and spends strategy
• Plan media spends across all Line of Business
• Identify mix of agencies
• Negotiate and close media deals
• Demonstrate optimization of spends
• Establish measurement & targets to improve process effectiveness
and efficiency
• Identify exceptions & deviations, as well as management of these
situations
Must have
Experience
• 4-5 years of experience in media planning and buying across
offline (TV, Print, Outdoor, Radio) and Online (Performance,
Brand) media
• Experience handling campaign planning and management
• Knowledge of media pricing, media trends
• Collaborative: experience working with large non-direct teams
Personal Attributes
• Empathetic, Attention to detail
Formal Qualifications • Post graduate or bachelor’s degree
• Experience in media space both ATL & BTL, negotiations and
buying
