PSG /YOHRA SUMMIT TO BE HELD IN KENYA

AT KICD {NAIROBI} FROM 24-26 MAY 2018

KEY ISSUES TO BNE ADDRESSED URGENTLY BOOKING AT KICD SHOULD

BE ADDRESSSED TO AVOID LAST MINUTE RUSH OR MISSING THE VENUE

NB: WE NEED ALSO TO HAVE THE ITENENARALY OF THE OUR

INTERNATINAL GUEST AND LOCAL TO BE ABLE TO ADDRESS THE
FOLLOWING

1. ACCOMODATION
 We need to have a meeting with KICD Manager to be
able to make early arrangements on how our guest will
be handled during the three days stay.
 If by any means the accommodation goes beyond the
expectation, what alternatives arrangements to explore.
 Our guest need to be advised the arrangement on
accommodation has been addressed totally, But as the
host were open and ready to engage on any issues
thereof.
2. TRANSPORT AIRPORT TO HOTELS TRANSFERS
The names of the guest to be picked at the airport to facilitate
our enabled protocol team to connect with our guest without
looking lost.
I have various quotations in transport for steering committee
evaluation and award based on merit and other factors.
Parking at KICD should be availed and signage done for easier
location.
 We need to harmonize the transport firms and the
Protocol team to engage for ultimate results.
3. SECURITY
First and foremost our guest needs to be assured through an
Email that our Country is safe and secure.
 We have made prior plans on matters of Security on
arrivals and during the summit.
 We need to engage security agents, the administration
/Security firms
4. HEALTH
We need to be fully advised any special care in terms of: -
Foods, medical, etc. This will enable us to make arrangement
where applicable; my advice will be we do advisory part only
on matters of Health.
We will advise on weather as at that season.
5. EXBITION MANAGEMENT
We need to have a list of all interested participant to showcase
their mechanize to enable us plan well
 We need to have onsite meeting to be able to address
any upcoming issues. This will make picture how the
participants will think and act at each point in the day to
solve problems before they occur
