COMPROMISE AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

_, of legal age, single, and a resident of, hereinafter referred to as the FIRST
PARTY, and

-, of legal age, married and a resident of, , of legal age, married and a resident of,
, represented by his attorney-in-fact, , of legal age, married and a resident of hereinafter
referred to as the SECOND PARTIES;

WITNESSETH THAT

WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY is the protestant for the office covering a parcel of
land identified as;

WHEREAS, the SECOND PARTIES is the protestee/applicant in the said

case/land application;

WHEREAS, the parties voluntarily submitted themselves for Alternative Dispute

Resolution, docketed as ADR CASE NO. ______ which sessions were held on;

WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY agreed to conduct a relocation survey of at her

own expense and hire the services of a Private Geodetic Engineer;

WHEREAS, the SECOND PARTIES will honor the result of the relocation survey
of Lot 592;

NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing premises, the parties hereby

undertake as follows:

1. The FIRST PARTY will cause the conduct of a relocation survey at her own
expense and engage the services of a Private Geodetic Engineer;

2. That the FIRST PARTY will notify the DENR CENRO on the date of the survey to
be witnessed by the SECOND PARTIES and other adjacent lot owners;

3. That the compromise agreement shall have the force and effect of a final and
executory Decision;

4. That whatever is discussed during the arbitration is considered confidential and

subject to non-disclosure;

5. That the parties agree to the fullest extent applicable, waives and concedes each
other’s claim and let this agreement govern their rights and obligations over the
property subject of the application;

6. The parties bind themselves to faithfully comply with the terms and conditions of
this compromise agreement and shall constitute an agreement between the parties
and supersedes all prior understandings, agreements and discussions between
parties;

7. The parties executed this compromise agreement on their own volition and free
will and the signatories therein hereby represent and warrant that they are duly

authorized to concede and compromise their rights, claims and interests over
the subject public land;
