I, Mary Claire Angela O. Magadia, would like to have a refund of your product (keyboard) I bought
through Lazada with the order description of “Sweatbuy Portable Waterproof Mini Wireless Keyboard
for Laptop / PC / Phone Black – intl”, with the order price of exactly 768 pesos and with the order
number of 345735523, for the reason that the said product is not working. The said product was already
returned to Lazada hoping for replacing for a new, working one.

I want to have a refund of the product and at the same time, would like to change the name I used to
order which is “Angela Magadia” to “Mary Claire Angela O. Magadia.” Please deposit the exact amount
of 768 pesos to this BPI Account Owner: Paula B. Bergantin with BPI Account Number: 5796 2783 41.
