Dear Mr. Saad:

I read your litter about the partnership with me and I feel happy to accept your deal. But I have
some simple terms to achieve a successful partnership, which are:
 The terms of the partnership are to be decided according to the provisions of the Partnership
Act 1932.
 The distribution of the profits of the proposed business will be made on the basis of capital
invested and in case the terms are not decided it will be on equal basis.
 As we are engaged in coffee business then we have to make sure that fresh supply of raw
materials is obtained and gathered.
 The business legislation will thoroughly studied by the both parties so in case of any dispute
they can settle with ease.
 The admission of a new partner will be dealt as per the related provisions of the partnership
act and related laws.
 Taxation on business income and partner’s income will also be settled in the ratio of capital
invested by each partner.
 Employee hiring procedures are to be followed whenever a new employee is hired.
 In case there is any dispute in the firm the arbitrator will be appointed before proceeding
to court.
 In case of liquidation of the firm, initially proceeds will be shared with the creditors of the
firm than any other party will be satisfied.
 In case of business expansion current premises will be used as an expansion slot in order
to make sure that expansion process is adequately proceeded with.
 Any other related conflict or issue related with the business will be dealt as per the
provisions stated in the law.
