Note:
a. Stay in Saudia will not be more than 15 Days (14 Nights) Any Agent exceeding the stay of their
Mautamirs more than 14 Nights, will pay 2000 SR per night per pax.
b. Please intimate date of travelling of Mautamir at the time of booking (Submitting passports to
absolute travels).
c. Visa only OR Self hiring of accommodation is not allowed.
d. Over Lapping:- If Mautamir’s stay doesn’t end till day of 12th June. Following extra
amount over & above regarding the stay exceeding night 12/13 June in the shape of
overlapping charges will be charged:

If stay ends On & After 17 June:

i.

1. DBL: Rs 3000/- per head per night

2. TPL:Rs 2000/- per head per night

3. Quad:Rs 1500/- per head per night

4. Sharing:Rs 1000/- per head per night

e. Working of overlapping charges:- For example: A person traveled on 6th June

2015 on 14 Nights package from 06 --- 20 June 2015. He will pay Rs. 80000 + 3000
(3 x 1000 = 3000) = Rs. 83,000/-
2. Hotel in Makkah:-
 Hotel Balora Al Taj OR Similar (Main Ibrahim Khalil Road, Harram side of Kubri
Musfillah) about 600 meters from Harram.

3. Hotel in Medinah:-
 Barka Tayba OR Similar (Assalam Street) about 600 meters from Harram.

4. Distances from Harram:- are taken from the outer perimeter of outer lawn of Haram
to Hotel in Makkah & Medinah.
5. Transport:-
 Jeddah Airport to Makkah to Medinah to Makkah to Jeddah Airport by Bus/Coaster.

6. Terms & Condition:-

 Traveling from Jeddah—Makkah—Medinah—Makkah—Jeddah Airport under own
arrangements by Mautamirs is not allowed.
Any person who does so OR insist to do so will be treated as violation of agreement. Such person will
not be given any
refund/compensation against transport.
 Above package price does not include breakfast OR any kind of meal.
 The Mautamir will have to take the package for the whole duration of stay in
Saudia.
  Complete journey must be performed as per booked dates and plan. Any deviation
will result in non refundable cancellation of unutilized services.
For Example a person traveled on 15 days package but after 7 days he returned. No refund will be
given for unused 7 days stay.
 Both ways seats must be confirmed at the time of flying.
 Stay with Relatives is not allowed:- However, persons desiring to stay with relatives
must provide a letter from Kafeel of his Aqama holder relative in Saudia attested by
Chamber of Commerce at least 7 days before the date of traveling.
 Passport:- Original passport & a copy of ticket attached with passports will remain
with SAHAB Company. This will be collected from the Mautamirs at Jeddah / Medinah
airport & returned at Jeddah / Medinah Airport. Anybody who want to keep his passport
with him OR want to carry his passport during his visit to relatives at Jeddah, must
deposit Rs. 500,000/- (Five Hundred Thousands only) with our company in Pakistan &
carry the guarantee letter issued by our company.
7. Khargosh/Overstayer/Bhagoora/Stay beyond 15 Days:-
 No person will be booked for Umrah who intend to overstay beyond his package
duration in Saudia due to any reason.
 Any person staying beyond the duration of his package concerned
Agent/Mautamir/Guarantor will pay Saudi Riyal 35000/-
(Thirty Five Thousands Saudi Riyal) per person as penalty.
 Agents doing Umrah business with Taqwa Hajj & Umrah Services (Pvt) Ltd will
deposited 3 x Cheques of 10000000/- each as security. Which will be returned after
Umrah Season, if all Mautamirs returned to Pakistan by 28th July 2015, 12th Shohwal
1436H.
 In case the Saudi Umrah Company intimate regarding Runaway of Mautamir in
Saudia OR if the stay of Mautamirs exceed beyond package duration, Agent will be give
5 days to arrange the return of his Mautamir from Saudia failing which the security
cheque will be presented in the Bank & further processing of his passports stopped till
clearance of cheque.
 Any Umrah performer shown overstayer in the Umrah system/website but his
Agent/Guarantor/Relatives claims his return to Pakistan, concerned
Agents/Matuamir/Guarantor must produce original passport of Mautamir within 4 days
of intimation, failing which person will be taken as overstayer & the penalty amount SR
35000/- per person will be charged from the Agent/Relative of the Mautamir.
 No Umrah performer is allowed to stay for Hajj. Any person doing so will be treated
as overstayer & penalty charged.
 In Ramadan anybody staying beyond 12th Showal 1436 H corresponding to 27th July
2015 irrespect of his duration of package in Saudia will be treated as overstayer &
penalty amount SR 35000/- per person will be charged. All agents must arrange the
return flight of their Mautamirs on & before 27th July 2015.
 Zero tolerance will be observed towards overstayer beyond package duration,
irrespective of the reason.
 Unutilized cheques / Cash Guarantee will be returned after closing of the Umrah
Season on 16th Showal 1436 H (1st August 2015)
8. Cancellation Charges:-
 Approval received but person dropped/approval expired/visa rejected due to any
reason & due to the fault of any body, Mautamir/Agent will have to pay the following
approval charges:-
 o If Ticket by Agents OR Mautamir=Rs. 53000/- Per Person (Adult & Child
same price)
o If Ticket by Taqwa Travels=Rs. 53000/- Plus Ticket cancellation charges as
per concerned airline policy.
 Visa stamped but person not traveled due to any reason.
o If Ticket by Agents OR Mautamir=Rs. 55000/- Per Person (Adult & Child
same price)
o If Ticket by Taqwa Travels=Rs. 55000/- Plus Ticket cancellation charges as
per concerned airline policy.
9. Refund of Ticket before Traveling:-
 Ticket refunded at least 3 days before date of departure = As per Airline Policy.
10. Following is totally prohibited & not allowed at any cost:-
 Self Hiring of Accommodation.
 Living with Relatives.
 Visa Only Package.
11. Payment:-
 Full payment in advance.
12. Note:- Prices can be increased without advance notice.
