1) Tell me about yourself and why you want to work here for us?

To be honest I’m a good team player, I love people, I’ve got really good people
skills, I like to show up on time for work, I’m a hard worker, I can be a great
asset to the company. I want to work here for you because I would really hope
to come to work every day to a place where I know not only are my technical
skills valuable.

2) Tell me about your past experience in the job.

I found that it was very important to work with people not only in the team but
across other departments.

3) What did you like/dislike most of the people?

I liked that they are good team players and they worked very hard to get the
goals of them and of the company.

4) What was the most difficult situation you did have?

When there was an angry customer and he started to shout me around all the
people who were around me because his cellphone didn’t work.

5) Suppose. What would you do in the future?

I will keep training until I get a professional specialization, a master’s degree

and a professional doctorate.

6) Have you had any experience in other field?

Yes, I have. I have worked teaching English in a primary school.

7) How do you feel about working overtime?

I’m reasonably flexible and if business needs are such that it would be
advantageous for me to worker longer hours and even weekends-then,
depending on my other commitment. I would certainly be prepared to do so.

 My co-workers would say that I am very optimistic, and I am extremely
organized and excellent at time management, and always look for creative
solutions to problem.

9) What is best your strength /worst weakness?

When I am working on a project, I don’t want just to meet deadlines. Rather, I prefer
to complete the project well. Ahead of schedule.

10) How do you feel about working with the team and on your own?

I feel very well working with the team because different team members
contribute different perspectives and the synergy between team members
can produce creative and productive results. I love to help draw out the unique
skill sets of different team members.

11) How do you see yourself in five years?

My goal right now is to find a position at a company where I can grow and
take on new challenges over time. Ultimately, I’d like to assume more
management responsibilities and get involved in product strategy.

12) Why did you leave your last job?

I have been at my company for three years now and have learned a lot of
from working with some amazing salespeople. However, I am starting to feel
like I need some new challenges.

One of expectation I have for the vacant is that I want to have the opportunity
as an administrative assistant to step into a variety of leadership roles.
Besides I want to become the supervisor and trainer for all interns and part-
time administrative employees.

I would recommend it because it is a way to make the travel agency be known

Yes, I have, I have organized them in cities like Santa Marta, Barranquilla,
Cartagena.

Yes, I have. I have organized them at university.

I have worked at Atlantic call center. It was a job and I enjoyed time spent
with my colleagues. Bosses were satisfied with my work.

In positive aspects:

management, variety of work, being part of a successful team, good pay.
