    This is a minimally-redacted transcript from a deposition given on 2/6/18 near New York City Hall primarily against New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio's NYPD security detail for flagrant and repeated acts of civil rights abuse and fraud constituting viewpoint discrimination at public town hall meetings and public resource fair meetings that he held and used as campaign events while running for re-election. Although this particular deposition was originally scheduled to concern just events that transpired on 10/12/17 in relation to a public town hall meeting that the Mayor held on that date in Manhattan, the scope of the questions and answers during that deposition proved to be more extensive. Testimony provided during the deposition was entirely truthful and sworn subject to the penalties of perjury. The testimony provided during that deposition also directly implicates the Commissioner of the New York City Human Resources Administration and members of the Mayor's Community Affairs Unit. Applicable laws violated by members of the NYPD and Community Affairs Unit acting on the Mayor's behalf at those public meetings include New York State's Open Meetings Law, 18 U.S.C. §241, 18 U.S.C. §245, New York State Penal Code § 175.25 (Tampering in the 1st degree), New York State Penal Code § 195 (Official misconduct), assault, First Amendment retaliation, selective enforcement in violation of the 14th Amendment, and stalking. Also, though such abuse was reported to the New York Daily News and New York Post previously as noted in this transcript, neither of these organizations chose to share this information with the public that may have otherwise caused such abuse from continuing to occur.
