I am the granddaughter of Pedro Montederamos.

Many years ago, he acquired a loan in this bank, using his land as collateral. However, we fully believe
that the said loan has been paid already since the bank already released the title which was used as the
collateral.

Hence, may I ask for the status of the said loans? If it is already paid, may I ask for a certification stating
that his loans are already paid?
