So the 1st aspect is the coverage. Coverage is the main aspect that need to be consider in choosing
ISP, this is because if there is no coverage we can apply it services. Telekom Malaysia is the largest
telecommunication company in Malaysia. As they have coverage almost every part in Peninsular
Malaysia. This contrast with P1 WIMAX. Streamyx has coverage on all capital city in Malaysia while P1
Wimax cover in selected place which is Selangor,Perak,Kota Kinabalu, Kuching. From here we can
conclude that Streamyx has better coverage.

The next aspect that we consider in choosing ISP is stability .

• Stability is a core in choosing the ISP. Why it is important?
1. For multimillion company like Malakov a disconnection of the internet mean loss for the
company.
2. Sending data throughout the company or international connection will be smoother with high
stability.
The comparison that we made is for the medium use to transfer the internet. For streamyx it use cable
to transfer the data and for P1 Wimax it use wireless transfer data. Based on the research in the
internet by using cable it has higher stability connection. With better stability , the latency of the
internet ofcoz will be lower. The lower the latency the better the connection. From the data that we
have here we conclude that Streamyx has better stability. TQ
