Hi man, I hope that you are well now.

I do understand that you fear dark places. You know I also fear the darkness
some years ago.

You are not the only person, who is in this condition. You not feel bashful at least
this is a good step when you ask for counseling.

I told you why I felt fear the darkness. When I was a child, I returned walking for
the dark street towards my house but I feel upset, perhaps it was a bad
foreboding. I showed up to my house and kissed my mom in her cheek, suddenly
the lights turned out when my mom cried out, she told me that I went for my dad.
When we gave house back my mom was assassinated. Since then I feared the
dark because I felt anxious or nervous for me it was as a trauma so I had started
avoiding any place which can be dark, or even I cut my activities out at night.
Although I get over my fears.

Therefore I called on a phycology for some therapy. You should do this therapy
for getting over your fear and you might call up Dr. Frankenstein, he is an
excellent therapist.

I explain you about the therapy, it is called exposure therapy. The person faces
darkness, the therapist would teach different relaxation ways as breathing
control, mind visualizations that image you in a bad condition and face it, and
meditating ways to reduce your fears. And another complementary therapy is
Cognitive behavioral Therapy (CBT), it is achieved at understanding the negative
thoughts. The therapist counsels the person and tries building positive thoughts
rather than negative ones.

Only in severe cases, the person uses medicine as anti-anxiety and anti-
depressant to bring down the symptoms. However, the person can take only
under consultation of a doctor like Dr. Frankenstein.
