Slide 12-6 Post-test Instructions

Instructions for the completion of the post-test are as follows:

• Perform individual work
• You may ask questions
• Watch the time
• Please do not write on the test handout
o Write your name on the answer sheet only
o Mark your answers on the answer sheet only
• When finished taking the test, turn the test handout face
down and give your answer sheet to the instructor
o Retain the test handout for post-test review

This test is individual work, although you may ask questions of the
instructor. It is a timed exercise; the instructor will periodically
announce the time remaining so you can pace your work.
Questions that are not answered will be scored as incorrect. If you
change an answer, make sure that the correct answer is clearly
noted by placing an X through the answer you no longer want and
then clearly filling in the space for the desired answer.

When work on the post-test has been completed, turn the test
booklet face down on the desk, turn in the answer sheet, then
obtain and finish the course evaluation form. Remain in the
immediate vicinity of the training room and return when the

instructor indicates that the post-test period is complete. During this

time and after the graduation proceedings, EMRTC administrative
personnel will be stationed in close proximity to answer any
questions related to the travel reimbursement form.

The course evaluation form is an important source of information

concerning how participants view the course. Feedback from
participants is closely reviewed and analyzed; important
improvements to the course are often a direct result of thoughtful
comments provided by participants. Honest, constructive comments
are deeply appreciated.
