Sub: Offer Letter for the Post of Account Manager

We are pleased to offer you in our organization as Sr. Account Manager.

You will base in Gurgaon Branch. This offer takes effect from date of joining our organization
which shall not be letter than 1st October 2015.

Your take home annual compensation package would be Rs. 2,40,000/- However, the structure
of your compensation plan may be altered/ changed from time to time in line with the
compensation policy and practices of organization.

As per organization policy, the probation period applicable to your shall be three (3) months.
However as and when required, your service will be transferable to the offices in India of
abroad.
During probation, the period of notice required for resignation is 15th days on either side.
You will abide by the rules and regulations of the Company as may in force from time to time
and if any violation made would be subjected to the Disciplinary action.

Your appointment is subjected to satisfactory reference checks and clearance from any service
agreement that you may have executed. This could have a bearing on your working with us.

This letter of offer is based on the information furnished in your application for employment
and during the interviews you had with us if, at any time in future. It comes to light that any of
this information is incorrect or any relevant information has been withheld then your
employment is liable to be terminated without notice.

You are required to agree to the special terms and conditions as described in Annexure – A1.

Your employment with us will be governed by the Terms & Conditions as detailed in
Annexure – B.

Employment as per this offer is subject to your being medically fit.

On the date of joining, please bring the following documents for verification submission
Original and copies of educational certificates and mark sheets.

1. Reliving letter & experience certificate from previous employers

2. Salary certificate from previous employers.
3. Birth certificates / School leaving certificates showing date of birth.
4. Three passport size and one stamp size colored photograph.

Kindly sign and return to us duplicate copy of this letter and Annexure as your Acceptance.
