the morning on April 13, 2011 in
them u n i c i p a l i t y o f B i l a r , P r o v i n c e o f B o h o l , P h i l i p p i n e s , w i t h i n t h
e jurisdiction of this court, the said accused, did then and there willfully,u n l a w f u l l y , a
n d f e l o n i o u s l y a t t a c k , a s s a u l t , a n d w o u n d e d o n e , BALDOM
ERO MONREAL, JR. by then and there paddling his back witha steel pipe, thereby
inflicting the latter closed wound on his upper back,which injuries have require medical
attendance for a period of ten to thirtydays, and will incapacitate him from performing
his customary labor for the same period of time.T h a t t h e a c c u s e d i s a p e r s o n i n
a u t h o r i t y o r a p u b l i c o f f i c e r b e i n g a Barangay Captain.Contrary to law.

the accused constrained tightly gripped his shirt and regardinghis injuries at the back, it
was caused by his drunkenness because it mighthave caused by the bamboo fence when he fell
down.
