The main concern of this study is to develop and assess the

acceptability of the Lemongrass Ice Candy. Specifically, the study

sought to answer first, what necessary nutrients are present in

the Lemongrass as an additive in ice candy. Secondly, based on the

findings, what is the most suitable measurement of milk, water,

and Lemongrass extract in making the product. Third, how do the

respondents of grade 12 students and Senior High School

teachers assess the proposed product in terms of consumer

acceptance i.e. taste, color, aroma, and texture and its

overall acceptance.
