 Kenny to discuss with RLS for the pending fields. We target to baseline and sign-off the ETL
mapping document by next week.
 To assume and propose the following in the FSD. Target to complete the draft by 5th August.
o Data retention: 3 months
o Data load frequency: Daily
o SLA for report generation: An optimal duration to be proposed. Once Rajesh is
onsite, he can discuss with Kenny on this.
o Reporting interface: Rajesh can discuss with Kenny next week on whether any
sample report can be included in FSD for demo.
 Target to plan the first FSD walkthrough with business between 8th – 11th Aug.
 Business to confirm the time duration they would consider as ‘suspicious period’ – what can
be the maximum ‘from’ and ‘to’ dates to monitor reports.
