Impact Statement 

Those responsible within this intelligence community and elsewhere for this disgrace to humanity, for 
this Crime of the Century, for the multiple attempts at my life, for the years of unprecedented Torture, 
Abuse, Coercion, for the theft of my intellectual property and monies, for the systematic targeted 
malicious decimation of my family and me will be incarcerated like the Common organized criminals they 
are. These common criminals will be disconnected with every implant removed from their bodies. 

This is the greatest nation on earth: Our United States of America. It is 2017; it is not 1417. There is 
absolutely no excuse for Violence, no excuse for Torture, no excuse for Abuse, and no excuse for 
Coercion.  

I do not believe in the Death Penalty.  

These criminals must be incarcerated like the Common organized criminals they are. 

The organizations within the intelligence community responsible for this: The CIA (ultimately 
responsible), FBI, CSIS, the entire CAF, et al. must be abolished, criminals incarcerated without 
scapegoat or bias (precedent Somalia – airborne regiment – we are talking about atrocities on our own 
U.S. citizens and on the citizens of the murdering regime of canada). These are breeding grounds for 
organized criminals nothing more. Not one person from within their former, will occupy a position 
within any of the new organizations. If that means 18‐year‐old kids, with zero life‐experience, make up 
the entirety of these new organizations then so be it. Further, these organizations will be one small 
fraction of what their former consisted of.  

This intelligence community will be one small layer of protection, nothing more. This disgusting 
intelligence community has currently morphed into an uncontrollable criminal entity upon itself. The 
competent professionals within the new organizations will do what they are told by civilians like us (we 
the people), and adhere to their job descriptions to the letter without deviation.  

Fear mongering and illegal implants under the auspice of National Security is nothing more than an 
excuse for Slavery and Organized Crime. This will cease immediately.  

There will be independent accountants of time, money, and personal embedded within these new 
organizations. Their employment funding will be derived from the funds allocated to these new 
organizations. 

There will be Quarterly Public Congressional Reviews – indefinitely.  

All will be published and available via the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). 

The ultimate solution for our United States and this Earth is the Legislation: America, Land of the Free 

Please consider the weight of my words carefully.
